Ordered a item for a Holiday gift, received a conf...

Ordered a item for a Holiday gift, received a confirmation email but nothing following. Reached out with an email after two weeks and received nothing again. Researched the number and called twice, was told that since the billing and shipping address were different they had to confirm purchase, which I understand. Was told "someone called you and you didn't answer." No one called me and there was not a voice mail message.
Didn't respond to email.
Didn't return my phone call.
Didn't call or leave a voicemail.
Maybe the gear is great but I will never know because I will find the gear through another source that considers customer service a priority.
