Alpin Aire Health Care Review

Dont use these guys. They strung me along for two weeks on a doctor prescribed Study, all because they don't want to take Medicare. They could have simply said that in the beginning rather that lie about the prescription. Poor business practices. Beware.

Zero stars. Rented me a concentrator for over a year. When it began to alarm and beep all the time they told me my insurance company had bought it. Now I own it. Now I have to turn it off and on half a dozen times every night to stop the alarms because it so worn out. Come to find out The concentrator is from 2002. They rented it to my insurance company while I paid the deductible s at well over twice with the machine was worth only to screw me over by making it mine so they no longer have to service it after over a year. Horrible company looking for an alternative.

This company will lie to you about your insurance even if you know better! They insisted my insurance would cover services and equipment 100% as it was preventative. I trusted them completely as I normally do especially with people and companies in the mountains. Also I found the equipment they provided on the Internet for 50-60% less! There are many other company's that will travel from Denver, Grand Junction, and Glenwood springs. Do yourself a huge favor DONT USE ALPINAIRE!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Their staff was knowledgeable and honest. We couldn t have asked for a better company to use to care for my sisters needs who was on hospice and had to be on oxygen and in hospital bed towards the end of her life. The service was top notch and we would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

I had extreme altitude sickness and the prices were fair for the oxygen tanks I needed.

I have a newborn who had to be on oxygen since he was born due to high altitude. To my understanding of Colorado State law - he was covered under my insurance for 31 days after birth. Turns out my insurance didn't cover him during that period, so I was left with a hefty bill. Tiffany worked with me and cut that down to literally next to nothing. I was amazed and so thankful for that.

Our first vacay in Breck with my 85 yr old mom. She became gravely ill from high altitude. Tiffany at Alpine was so caring. I highly recommend their services.

I could not be happier with the service! My elderly father was not doing well at this altitude and after a long night in the ER, a kind man (I cannot remember his name because I was comatose tired!) brought the oxygen my dad needed to come home safely at 4am, set it up and answered all my questions. Pick up was fast and easy and Mike (who picked it up) was so kind as well! I do not have enough good things to say about this company! Thank you!
