Dream place with its beautiful ornaments and magical theater

I traveled 70kms to find the Christmas tree I had chosen based on the characteristics I wanted. When I open the box the socket was broken. In addition they had forgotten to place in my order some ornaments that I bought and that did charge me. In short, they made it clear that THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT MATTER. They make mistakes and the only ones who pay them are those who choose them in good faith. Really very "poor" as a company.
