I traveled 70kms to find the Christmas tree I had chosen based on the characteristics I wanted. When I open the box the socket was broken. I had to return (with the costs and times that this implied) and not only that they no longer had the model I had bought but that they did not deign to provide a solution that compensates for their mistake of failing to previously review the products they sell. In addition they had forgotten to place in my order some ornaments that I bought and that did charge me. In short, they made it clear that THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT MATTER. They make mistakes and the only ones who pay them are those who choose them in good faith. Really very "poor" as a company.
