Great service excellent food good staff.

Front desk can be slow but they are very very busy!

This time of the year wasn't good to visit the place cause it is hot.. but we enjoyed the drink.. a visitor should try the Twelve drink

Nice place. Trees in the pool add life to the environment and make it unique.

The place is not worth visiting the bathroom there is no shower and the bathroom door with no lock just pull ... and the rooms are dismal

Another time to book a mistake ...

Very nice chilled place, however the irritation caused by the bad service kills the mood there ... Thursday is their ladies night and that when they get the snoopy unfriendly security that ruins the place even more, so I would recommend avoiding the place on Thursdays.

Hello people so I am currently vacationing in Aloft Abu Dhabi the hotel is so great the staff are very friendly the rooms could well do with a refreshment but for a city hotel it is still acceptable we had booked half board and the food is great the prices on Pool for drinks are acceptable. The hotel is a bit out of the way but by taxi it is not a problem so the first time in Abu Dhabi has to say there are not so many out options as in Dubai but you should have seen it a lot of fun.

Clean, spacious rooms. Service is allright. Multiple dining options, poolside sheesha and pool tables in the lobby. It's attached to the convention centre.

Accomodation was very good but needed
Curtains are to be maintained and bathrooms need a sprinkler.

Wedding hall masha Allah upscale and wonderful .. The rooms are small even individual 11 Bathroom is also very small lighting is very weak dim and not well prepared to put makeup or comb hair

Visited ADNEC remote check-in terminal. No hassle, no rush.

Comfortable with good dining options and good service this is a good place to stay for business.

I stayed at SPG Gold.
We have room upgrade, free coffee voucher, free liquor voucher, welcome suite with accommodation privilege.
There was a nice rooftop bar on the roof, and we had a glass of wine there.
There is a bus stop for the airport A1 just across the road.
There is also Carrefour nearby.
If you go to other places, the bus stop is far and it is a little inconvenient.

Air conditioning very effective, safe and comfortable

Booked this hotel under my staff rate and it was a brilliant stay! Rooms are big, cozy with good views; we had breakfast the next day with my 50% off staff rate and my parents love it, especially the restaurant chefs, bus boys are all kind to them and being so patience with food explanation!

Perfect for ADIPEC hospitality and assistance at the height.

I love the pool..the rooftop has the best dj...I happened to pop in for ladies night. The breakfast is great as well though you can only eat as much. The rooms are OK too. I can't complain. It's silent enough to rest. I took time off for a peace of mind and indeed I got it.

Very good service and nice food but very small room

Well my visit this time to Abu Dhabi to visit an exhibition so i was looking for a hotel that close to exhibition place I found Aloft
Location It's in the exhibition same building
Not far from the airport around 20 minutes
The room is big enough with nice a little modern bathroom.
The swimming pool is nice and big a nice surround area sitting with bar nice food.
Gym 24 hours no SPA at the hotel.
The relax bar in outdoor is very nice with a nice atmosphere and views
weather at this time its cool also there is indoor sitting
Check in / out fast with beautiful welcome.
In general this hotel or the area it's good if you are planning to visit exhibition

Perfect for short business trips in abudhabi. It s one of my main go to hotels when I have work in abudhabi. Super clean, convenient and the ambience is exotic and has a bit of a k-pop vibe to it. The facilities are all close by, great restaurant, bar and pool. They also have an awesome lounge area. And most importantly it s centrally located to all the main areas in the capital. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are perfect for when you re away on business and the prices are reasonable. Love this hotel!

Aloft is a part of Marriott bonvoy. They offered me an excellent service. The staff was very professional. Room service was great too. It's very easy to locate this hotel as it's in the national exhibition center. You can see the leaning tower of Abu dhabi from their lounge on the top floor.

Such a nice place for relaxation. Pleasant experience, especially swimming pool. Love it!

Nice enough but definitely not worth the savings compared to Andaz...unless you re into massively overpriced Jose Cuervo drinks at the bar. I m sure they have a good side, but I d recommend other hotels or at least hotel bars.

Aloft hotel has been mine & pals fav chill-out place in Abu Dhabi specially during holiday seasons! Over all amazing experience !!

At the time we ate there, only the buffet was open, and those freshly prepared wok dishes were quite tasty. The table service (drinks only at the time) was rather disappointing.

Great hotel when visiting the ADNEC conference centre. Rooms are spacious and good if you need to work.
WiFi is quite weak though for today s standards. Staff is very kind and helpful.
My special thanks goes to Rajesh at the Glow poolbar restaurant who has been very service orientated and kind to us.
The hotel has a quite a decent buffet breakfast and a nice little 24/7 cafe which snacks, drinks and fruits.
Minibar was empty and you need to call to fill it up?!?! The rooftop on the 12th floor is a great place for drinks and enjoy the view.
The Brick restaurant on the rooftop (wrote a separate review) needs some hard work to fix their teething problems as service was really chaotic for our table....

I would expect better service from this hotel. Completely and absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel (and i have been to many hotels around the world, matter of fact..I signed up to TripAdvisor just to give it this review and help whoever's reading this)...all staff are trainees who obviously have never had previous hotel experience..the food is below mediocre...the check in process was a complete disaster, it took them 3 hours to get a room 'processed' (cleaned)...lack of communication and liasing across depts...I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone..seriously save your money and go Airbnb or something...the rooms are nice to be fair...but anything beyond that is a total disaster.

I love Aloft hotels. Its such a relaxing hotel with a nice unique decor and flavor. Always a top pick in any country i choose to visit. But when im in Abu Dhabi i love this place. The pool is nice, the gym is great, the staff are amazing and helpful, and its in a nice location with decent parking. =]
