This is the worst hotel when it comes to one's experience with the staff. They are generally inexperienced and poorly trained to serve the customers from as simple as answering phones all the way to checking out.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, well maintained facilities, picturesque swimming pool, funky rooms, comfy beds... great value for money.

If I had to be a critic, I would say there is scope for improving the quality of their A La Carte food.

Great place and vibes!!! Once at the hotel go on 12th floor!! The view, the terrace and the place is amazing!!! Open terrace in winter time with great house and lounge music!!! During day there is also a pool outdoor with nice bar where you can have drinks and lunch!!! 50% discount for airlines!! Great fish and sushi

No one ever answers the phone, tried many times (in different occasions) and never got an answer.
Valet parking is too slow.

This hotel is near perfect! Great location, attractive comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service. Special mention for Franc, who was at the front desk, who was very polite, friendly and helpful (demonstrated how the wireless key works). Highly recommended .

This is a garbage hotel, the room is not soundproof, the outdoor loud music, sleep all night, garbage hotel this is a bad hotel! Never see a hotel like it! a lot of noise out said all the night, u cant sleep! Dont come this rubbish hotel

I was impressed with the hotel ... but there are some notes that should be noticed ... There are no signs before the hotel hotel which makes customers confused by their order and should provide these signs and attention to customers more and provide a service to download bags from and to the rooms And provide the numbers rum will serve customers within the rooms so that they can ask the management of the hotel for any matter may need clarification and thanks

Staff were nice and always greeted me. But the room was not what I expected from such a big chain:
- No slippers... Had to call and get that
- no book available in the room showing what are the hotel amenities or menu - had to call and get that
- no paper or pen
- bed sheet was ripped
- sockets near lights didn't work
- inbuilt wall socket with hdmi, USB etc didn't work. Also badly built into the wall. Very shammy work done there
- TV had to be replaced and wires were just hanging out as there were white dots on the screen
- TV was replaced but then remote didn't respond very quickly. Took literally 3 minutes from turning on TV to get to the channels. This is just annoying in my opinion. It shows you Opera experience and something else... Boring.....
- have to park at the exbition parking so everytime had to validate my ticket on exit and then the valet would give me a ticket which I then had to wait for the security T the exit to come and check and open the gate manually.
- 2 drinks (alcoholic but not champagne) cost me 283aed. Quite expensive compared to other hotels of this rating.

Average level of service at a high price. The staff is really polite, but everything needs to be asked and reminded, cleaning, lunchbox. The snacks in the bar on the 2nd floor are of dubious quality (by the way, lunchboxes are formed here), but the dinner is great. Sweet fruits, meats, an abundance of desserts. The proximity to the Expo Center is a very big plus and perhaps the only one for this price.
I really liked the view from the windows, although they do not open, also the interior in the rooms and everything you need. Didn't like the smell in the corridors of the old carpet. I think this is closer to 3 *.

The quality of the services is amazing, it's perfect for people who's travelling in business, once is located next to the Conference Centre and administrative neighborhood. I deeply recomend this 4* hotel.

its spacious rooms and outdoor infinity pool, the Aloft Abu Dhabi offers tranquility and comfort. Other indoor facilities at the Aloft Abu Dhabi include a Gym, Billiards and Table soccer. Guests can also enjoy shopping experiences at convenient departmental stores just within walking distance from the hotel.

Abu Dhabi International Airport is a quick 20 km drive from the hotel and guests can pre-check luggage in at the airport counter located at the basement of the hotel.

Far from city, good if any exhibitions, food ok, staff friendly, little difficult for parking thru backsite

We prebooked the room for some very reasonable amounts so the expectations were not very high but found this hotel really great. Gave our car in valet. Check in was very fast. The room was very spacious and clean, bathroom was also very cool with sink outside which was very helpful for me as I had an infant and a toddler. Room service was very satisfactory. Breakfast was fine. QAnd my 2 year old loved the elevator floors. Pool is there on 5th floor and is also nice and clean. Couldn't go to the restaurant and bar at 12th floor as they didn't let us in with the kids. They also have a ladies and a gents saloon on ground floor.
All in all it was a great experience staying in that hotel.

Checking out now after a 4 day visit. Well located, close to main malls n other attractions. Very good hotel n very friendly, helpful staff... Highly recommend a stay when u visit Abu Dhabi.

Staffs are truly kind and effective. Rooms are tidy and nice. I'd love to come back again @ Aloft. How I wish all hotels have the same kind of staffs. Special thanks to concierge's Mr Nur for being so patient with me.

The Hotel is good, but in the Rooms for my Holiday Time are little small beauty works nothing. The Hotel request good traffic for Cars, really better over Dubai City in is to 22:00 rush-hour traffic.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi. I ve stayed here a few times for an extended stay and the staff truly made me feel at home. The rooms are clean and the decor has a modern, stylish appeal. I can t rave enough about the wide selection of food and beverages on the breakfast buffet. The pool and outdoor eatery are always a nightcap favorite for me before retiring to bed. I have traveled around the world and stayed at many four and five star hotels. However, I can honestly say that few can compare with Aloft Abu Dhabi s outstanding service and the value for your money. I m looking forward to my next extended stay this year!

Very good facilities but service is average. Food is below average. Prices are slightly high.
