Allsup was a lifesaver for me. While trying to figure out how to apply for disability, I already wasn t feeling well and the confusion that was added by Social Security in the application process, didn t make me feel any better. Allsup was more than happy to help me and the fee was well worth it. They were available to chat at anytime, offered reassurance and helped me understand the process. I didn t have to pay them if my application wasn t approved. Last week I got an approval letter. Thank you Allsup!!!

The Allsup staff have been incredible throughout my process of filing my claim. They are very informative and always have the answers to my questions. The filing process is not easy but the Allsup staff has made the process seamless. I'm sure without the assistance of the staff if Allsup I would not have continued the process.

Ok I rarely do this, also it have attempted to do so now. Because I'm passionate about how facts do not care about your feelings. Therefore, rarely do people care to feel compelled to ever feel driven to write a good review

I was referred to this business from a friend. Upon initial contact I was impressed with the efficiency and technical savvy. I then learned that I would not be represented by an attorney. I was a little worried but they really seemed tech savvy. I got denied and things went downhill. I was shuffled off/ contracted out to a new contract paralegal in another state. After reviewing the information online concerning my new representation I became alarmed at what I was seeing from reviews and unprofessional things posted on Facebook by my new representative. I contacted Allsup and received a call back on the next day from one of their managers. This manager said to give the representative a chance that she personally vouched for her. After that I had limited contact from my representative. As the hearing date approached the representative went over some of the things the judge may ask and I was told not to talk. On the day of the hearing it seemed my representative was not prepared as she kept getting interrupted by a staff member and the judge didn t ask me anything but my representative started asking me the judges questions??!! The judge got very perturbed when my representative seemed to use arguments found on the internet about sources which made the judge madder. The judge finally ended the show and I didn t feel very good about it. After being denied this representative said I needed to appeal and she would advise Allsup. I was contacted a while later by letter from Allsup stating their representation of me was over. So my choice then was to refile and wait years again. Allsup subcontracted my case out to someone I felt was not prepared and voila, I was right
