Benny and his team are absolutely amazing! The Cartlidge Agency left us with an impression that we were truly a part of the Allstate Family.

We have been with Benny Cartridge Agency since 1997 when my children were toddlers. This agency has been awesome in assisting us thru accidents, compliments from either son or daughter. They have awesome staffs; always willing to help in any area. We stay with Benny Cartlidge bec, we feel like the Allstate logo, "we are in good hands". We are a loyal customer for over 20 yrs.

You'll never engage or hear from Benny. This is really just a corporate storefront. He's outsourced all the operations to clerical staff who turnover. Make sure you double check your coverage and premium. They failed to add our class 4 (hail proof) roof deductible, even though we emailed them the certificate. Fixed it subsequently after I caught the error 4 months later.

Their service is absolutely outstanding! Very fast to pickup the phones! The customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable! Especially Gaby! She is so lovely to talk to and just makes my day every time! Super sweet! Absolutely recommend them for all of your insurance needs!

Great service let alone very professional, hardly any issues and always call my favorite representative Gabriela, she's always super friendly and super informative over any ways I can save money, she's always happy to attend anyone and so is the helpful team they have up there. If I can't reach Gabriela the rest of the team is always ready and fully loaded to help.
