WOW, JUST CALLED OVER THERE TO ORDER SOME SURVEYS ,SPOKE WITH JOSEPH WAS VERY RUDE SAID I COULDN'T ORDER ANY SURVEYS CAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT? i MENTIONED TO HIM WE ARE BUILDERS,DIDN'T BOTHER ASKING IF WE WANTED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT? JOSEPH YOU SHOULD NEVER ASSUME WHO YOU ARE SPEAKING WITH ON THE PHONE REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY THAT GIVES YOU A PAYCHECK? I WILL GET THE WORD OUT TO MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT I KNOW PERSONALLY. I WAS REFERRED BY ONE OF YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS .

horrible service. be careful with what you ask because if they don't like it or feel you are taking their time away they will be real rude. bad customer service, greedy company.
