I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle such important life changing events in my life, whether it be selling or purchasing a home, going through a divorce, preparing for the future of my family after my death, or even if you just need advice. These folks have helped my family through the purchase and sale of 2 homes. They worked hard to prepare my Will and Power of Attorney just before leaving on a trip to Italy so that I felt secure in knowing my family would be cared for should something happen. I have referred numerous friends and family members to this firm because I know from first hand experience that they work as a team and are committed and dedicated to working toward the best outcome possible based on my circumstances.

Bloomington Legal Services completed our wills, advanced directives and Powers of Attorney. We were very satisfied with the personal service we received! Our needs were thoroughly considered when constructing these important documents. We received advise on naming beneficiaries for our Life insurance also. I know we will trust Bloomington Legal again when it's time to update our papers.

I contacted Bloomington Legal Services to update my Will. Everyone from the receptionist to all the legal staff were very helpful. They were patient w/my
questions and explained everything in the process of updating the Will.
When they found out how much I liked animals I even got to meet the
two fabulous and well behaved poodles who sometimes visit.
I would recommend Bloomington Legal Services to anyone because
I felt at the time that they were working with me like I was their only client and that's the kind of place I enjoy doing business.

My case was an extremely difficult one. I felt hopeless that I would not get the result my family needed. This all changed when I retained my lawyer, Michael Fenger of Allison and Mosby-Scott. The firm worked hard on my case to produce the results I needed. Though my case was out of Livingston Co., they were still willing to represent me. My case was resolved in a timely manner. While my case was being resolved they helped me obtain more time with my child until custody was restored to me. Their dedication and passion to my case was unwavering. Because of my lawyer Michael Fenger and Allison and Mosby-Scott, my family is restored and I can be a full time mother to my child again. Really snobby and uptight. Will make you pay late fees and interest even if it's your ex not paying their share. Do not use, they are trying to make as much money as possible no matter where it comes from.

If you want a BFF I would highly recommend if you want an attorney that's going to win your case I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
Very good grasp of legal procedures. Would not expect guaranteed outcomes, that is not feasible due to the nature of law. Just look elsewhere if you want an aggressive campaigner in your corner. It's not a personal attack or suggested flaw of character, it's simply a noted opinion to help others in their decision making process. I often wonder where I'd be if I'd chosen differently, maybe the same place, but I'd rather be left thinking we did our best. I was going to use another attorney in the same office, out of laziness I guess? It's no fun explaining your situation to multiple people, but I am glad I am not. I am going somewhere else based on a referral, but mostly online reviews. Since the reviews helped me, I thought I'd go back and add content to mine.

Michelle Mosbey Scott has fought for my son and I in court for years with impeccable professionalism. She continues to have the legal intellect and fight to face every issue head on, in and out of court. I have, and always will have complete trust in her abilities to face any challenge brought her way. There have been incredible mountains that she has climbed on our behalf;I am forever grateful to her and her professional, caring staff for many years of dedication. Thank you so very much!
