My solicitor Jennifer Horton always made herself available and responded to my never ending lists of often naive questions. If ever I left a voicemail she never failed to return my call. The company use an App which is really easy to use and details clearly what stage of the process you re at and the progress of the sale. It s also used to send messages directly to your designated solicitor and the team. I used the App to keep in regular contact with Jennifer, this proved invaluable to share urgent news with Jennifer, such as when my first sale failed. She was professional in approach and showed such empathy at my plight, offering much needed reassurance. She remained in contact during the sale of my current home and ensured it was as stress free as possible for me. I was so impressed at her attention to detail, her professionalism and excellent customer service that I have provided her details to a friend of mine who is selling his flat to assist him in his sale.
