I recently used the services of Allied Lutherie and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products displayed. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. When I had a question about a particular item, it took a while for them to respond to my inquiry. The response I eventually received was not very helpful and left me feeling a little frustrated. Additionally, the shipping time was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating as well. On the positive side, the product I ordered was of decent quality and met my expectations. Overall, my experience with Allied Lutherie was just average - not terrible, but not exceptional either. I would consider giving them another chance, but I hope they improve their customer service and shipping efficiency in the future.
