I would stay away from this place. We were taken with the cliched story of attempting to force a customer into getting something bogus fixed to pass inspection. In our case it was the new windshield wipers which I had used twice prior to the inspection, but that Jiffy Lube failed the car for saying that they were old and needed to be replaced to pass inspection. My wife pointed out that they were new windshield wipers, but the unhelpful response from the woman "assisting" was "inspections are $39--pass or fail".

So regardless of any would-be positive aspects of this shop, being taken advantage of puts this place on the "never-again" list for us.

The differential oil was removed, and not replaced. Short story, the car locked up while driving

The gentleman were so nice and professional they explained exactly what they were going to do beforehand

Failed my car for a single check engine code and charged me for an emissions test as well. No point in doing an emissions test when you are failing it for a safety inspection.

Their technicians broke 3 of 4 bolts on the air filter box and when I tried to make contact no one ever responded back. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction or doing damage to your car. Be careful if you chose to go here and double check your car for damage.

Took my car into Jiffy Lube. They forgot to put oil in it. Several months later, I have rod knock. They said not their problem. Avoid at all cost.

Could not be happier with the service I have received on 3 different occasions. Have offered to do minor things for free, but I insisted on paying due to excellent service and seemingly genuine desire to help people out. Would go out of my way to come here again.

My car started experiencing loss of oil pressure after an oil change at Jiffy Lube on louetta in Klein. After towing to the dealership, they said an o ring was missing from the oil filter, causing the issue and repaired the car. I contacted the franchise owner, who worked with me to compensate me for the repair charges from the dealership.
