I was honestly blown away at how seamless this refinance process was.. Carly explained things so well, I really felt like I was talking to a close friend. She was so efficient and caring and ended up saving me from a bad deal! Thank you Carly!
Please do the research before picking a mortgage lender. This lender is terrible with customer service. I decided to cancel with them and go with another lender. They charged me for a home inspection, which I have cancelled so the service was never completed. They continue to hold my money and not give me a refund after a month of them saying they were refunding me. Bad business practices here. Don't trust them at all.
I am rating Allied First Bank 5 stars because of the service provided by Jessica Quigley. She was personable, professional, responsive, knowledgeable and invested in my best interests. From the first call I had an immediate rapport with Jessica. She was focused on delivering the highest level of customer service, addressed every question I had, from the smallest to the greatest, and gave me the impression that she always had time for me. Jessica is a true asset to Allied First Bank. She looked out for me regarding the interest rates, and advised me in such a way that I could make an informed decision. She is good PR for small banks, and I would recommend Jessica anytime. I am happy with my choice to work with Jessica.
I give this bank a five star, but I wish it could be more. I m assuming I had the dream team of mortgages on my side. Adam L., Chris J., and Jenna L., were terrific. They guided me through everything and made sure our family got the home we have always wanted! Times are rough for everyone, so having some great news means a lot to our sanity. You three are blessings to us. Thank you for your patience and for being so thorough.
My experience with Allied First Bank was amazing. I was looking to have my home refinanced for a lower rate and Allied First Bank made that happen. Matthew Smith was our loan representative and he made the process for my husband and I smooth and effortless. Matthew kept in touch with my husband and I, giving us updated statuses of what stage of the process our loan application was currently going thru every Friday. Thank you Allied First Bank and Matthew Smith for all of your help, it is truly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
I had a terrible experience with Sawyer. I was told not to pay my June payment over and over when I started the process in May. He assured me over and over that it would close before the end of the month and that it wouldn't effect my credit. In the middle of the process my father passed away and I wanted to wait until I was in a better state of mind. Instead of understanding be pressured the process, made me send a cashiers check (it was suppose to be zero money out of pocket and under different circumstances I would have been smart enough to remember that) and then it didn't close until the 5th of July, the original mortgage reported the late payment tanking my credit score and now no one at allied will answer to help me!
Allied First Bank is AWESOME! I worked with Jessica Quigley. She is an awesome lender. I was kept informed throughout the entire lending process. Jessica was patient, thorough, and kind!!! I would highly recommend this bank and pleased with their products and services!
