I had a past due medical bill that I recently found while pulling my credit report. Allied BS was the new owner of the account. I have been through a bankruptcy before and knew it'd be in my best interest to pay the debt off ASAP... So that's what I did. Allied customer service took my payment by phone and when I asked for a receipt they said they don't send receipts by postal mail! (Wow, thats a nice touch). So I took what they offered which is a PDF copy by email. The lady on the phone told me it would be 48 hours!? Ok, sure. Well, a week later and I had never received a copy of my receipt. I called back today and they say they will send me a receipt in another 48 hours. Wow, great job.
It is common knowledge that in the past, collection agencies like these will let a person pay their bill and then re-sell it to another collection agency. And they talk to me on the phone like I'm out of line for being annoyed... This just as easily could have been a glowing review had they not dropped the ball on such a simple request. I'll be following up with the original issuer of the bill to make sure I'm not being scammed. If that bill wasn't legit you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be contacting my local consumer protection agency office. What a headache!

They do not send Mail, or Call and speak with you about your debit!

Frustrating. Not polite when you are polite to them. No reason to cop tude when someone is trying to be polite to you. They also say yes to questions then say no I can t do that after actually looking. Way too much of that going on. Just Trying to make payments to pay a bill. Work weird hours so can t call normal hours they have. Been begging and pleading for them to fix my online account but they have not. I just want to make online payments!!! It has been at least a month now. Pretty sad. They don t even try to help with it when I can call. Bronson should use someone else.

Oh my goodness! I called last week to inform them that I'll be paying my balance off this week on pay day. The young lady that I talked to at that time was nice. I called back the next week to pay my balance and the person that answered was very rude towards the end of the conversation. Why? It's ridiculous. While I was talking she hung up on me. Wow! Well, as long as my bill is paid and I get a confirmation receipt in the mail in seven to ten business days like she said or I'll be calling back.

So they kept calling and kept calling, and I never answer a number I don't know, so I just out it off. Eventually answered and got my debts paid off. Months later I get a call from a number in the same fashion, and guess who it is... They wanted more money, didn't explain what if was for or anything. So y'all get a 1*. Good day, and good riddance.

I would get calls from their number all the time and I'm one of those people who don't answer the phone if I don't know who is calling me and believe that if it is important they will leave a message. It took them months to leave a message. By that point my debt was hundreds of dollars. If they really cared about helping you get your debt get taken care of then they would leave a message for at least one of their earlier messages, but no they instead call dozens of times expecting you to answer and if you don't it's apparently not their responsibility to leave a message.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They will harass you Non-Stop even if the person doesn't live in your house. They will wake up your children after you've only gotten three hours of sleep for a week. They're worthless for sure, they don't help people to pay their bills, they're just there to be annoying.

I've had medical bill that's had a zero balance on my credit report from them for several years... it would be cool if after you get your money you stop screwing peoples credit.

Holy rude. I called because I got a letter in the mail and then they told me I had three other bills which I was NEVER contacted about. They didn t even have my correct phone number and when I asked them to directly call me to reach out if it happens again the woman rudely said she can t do that? But earlier when I said I was never contacted about the other bills she said well I called you sooooo yeah. And she was just impatient and rude. Over it.

per most of the other reviews. Called saying my card was declined, no idea why since I had plenty of money to cover the payment, said the sent me letters, which I never received... Rude and condescending on the phone so I cleared my account with the as to not have to deal with it anymore. Oh yea I was able to clear my account but my payment got declined??? I made no changes and they tried to blame the bank lmao. Morons....
