Very poor experience: lack of support, information and care. Allianz is focused on following a process, not serving a customer. Far too bureaucratic - payments delayed to customer.
I even received the final feedback survey before the claim was settled. Compare the experience to AXA.....from start to finish the claim was settled and paid in under a week. With Allianz it has been over 7 weeks and still waiting......
Regarding property damage settlement, my experience so far has been positive. Simple and fast processing.

Not trustworthy insurance company! In the event of recurring damage from partial coverage, such as Windshield, where the owner usually can't help it, the customer is suddenly held responsible and the bonus protection is canceled. If the submitted application is not signed, you will be removed as a customer. And of course without a name of a person responsible, therefore anonymous. Such anti-customer behavior should not support anyone. It is questionable how such a society with such behavior could survive for so long.
Whenever I have to call on Allianz, I am satisfied with their service and performance ... I can only recommend them!

My first case since four years I am with Allianz now. During a storm a branch hit my car and let quite a mark on it. I could easily enter the damage case online, submit it including pictures. Not even 24h later I got a call and two days later an employee came to inspect the damage. He had no need to ask unnecessary questions, no questioning the case nor arguing. One week later, the case was closed. I am very happy with my insurance. I would absolutely recommend it

Bad experience, I will immediately cancel all insurance I have with Allianz. I had an accident for the first time in 5 years as an auto insurance customer paying a premium of 1,550chf per year. Allianz refuses to believe my version of the facts regarding the dynamics of the accident supported by photos and consequently refuses to bear part of the costs of repairing the car. This is after 5 years that I pay 1,550ch per year without ever having an accident and without ever resorting to Allianz insurance coverage, in other words costing him nothing. A shame, I will cancel immediately
