Allianz experts are dishonest and / or incompetent as well as unprofessional and arrogant.
Following a hailstorm in August in Milan, my Mercedes C-class, which was without even a scratch, suffered a lot of damage. The experts stated that, despite having had to replace the completely scratched and bumped bonnet and trunk, the windshield was chipped over the entire surface and some parts of the car had not been damaged by hail and therefore were not repaired. This was followed by repeated phone calls, testimonies from a mercedes consultant, photos and videos, to no avail. To you the conclusions of this unpleasant experience, we will see what the judge will think.
