Good place to work. The work is challenging but rewarding and the company has always done right by me.

Alliant Technologies it the BEST engineering firm I have ever worked for. Family and team-like environment, we always strive to be the best. We look out for each other, have full benefits, and are very non-corporate. Contrary to what John said (from the way he was speaking, he must be a competitor or clearly does not know our company well), we do are very best to make sure the customer is happy and that our solutions are cost-efficient. Anyone who works here knows how hard we work to find the best and most efficient automation solutions.

Another company that cares zero for the employee. They say that they are human and understand that people get ill. Well while out with the flu and pneumonia I was fired. Though I had been ill and had missed some time before, letting someone go like they did is the most inhuman way possible. They have a very misinformed way of communication between management and the common person. With the upper management it is all about quantity not quality. Ask the QA department.

Disrespectful company... Quinton and everybody upstairs are liars...and can not be trusted....

Poor management near nonexistent, poor work environment, Will fire people without notice, will keep some people who cannot work with others or with customers. Will constantly berate or screw over customers like UPS in order to make ends meet. Poor quality and management overall. Lots of travel for employees, full health benefits though.
