Normally I do not take the time to write google reviews but in this case it is warranted. We used Debra Jennings as our Realtor for a home purchase in Estero, Florida and we can't recommend her enough. She listened to our criteria and our goals for a Florida home and took the time to find us homes that fit what we wanted to see and was very efficient in showing us the properties. She negotiated the price beyond our wildest expectations and was there for us every step of the way throughout our closing. She found us the perfect place (after another agent from a different company took so much of our time and NEVER found what we wanted and just didn't listen to us) and was so responsive to our every need. She was always available by phone seven days a week and answered our calls at all hours of the day. As nervous buyers in Florida, we found Debra to be very comforting, knowledgeable and professional in every manner. If you aren't using Debra Jennings to assist you with your home purchase in the Southwest Florida area then you are missing out for sure! We were very fortunate to have found her to help us!!!

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my first home from Debra and her partner David. Debra was very patient with us when we were indecisive of our wants and helped guide us through the process.
