The worst customer service actually !!! I just spoke with an "agent" whose name I will not name. But he refused to answer my questions and logged me out of the chat. Whenever I speak with someone, I have different information. Nobody seems to know what's going on. I am given different dates each time I speak to them. We are all students, and especially when you are full time, you would like to get your money back quickly. What a spit service!

Horrible experience! Read the policies carefully, as they will jump at every opportunity to empty your pockets, only to say that there is nothing they can do for you. They mischievously take advantage of the inexperience of the students.

Terrible customer service. Lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Frequent mistakes and unfortunately it is very difficult to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about so that they can fix the problem.

Association of thieves in collusion with institutions like HEC. They slip insurance costs on your bills without ever asking you. When you ask for a refund, they refuse and then they hold you hostage. Very bad customer service, you have to make withdrawal requests online several times then nothing and no one assures you that you will be reimbursed. It is shameful to see here the quantity of people who have been victims of this association of scammers. We should all agree to initiate collective action.

Too bad the minimum is a star because this organization does not deserve any. It is absurd that so many people are dissatisfied and nothing changes. Soon the end of session and my refund for withdrawal of the plan is still not received! How can one tolerate and justify that funds be withheld as long? This causes serious harm and the organization does not respond to the complaint messages that are sent to it. A shame.

Mediocre company that should be ashamed of. I called in January after receiving a hefty hidden insurance bill to which I never consented. (Winter 2021) I am answered by telling me that there is nothing to do, that it is not in their power to reimburse the money that they literally steal from us. It would have been necessary to cancel in September, on the other hand they purposely put very little costs in the fall session so that the students do not realize it, in addition to including the costs in the school fees and not separately. Really not shy about putting their hands in the pockets of students like this without their knowledge. After many calls, they hang up. This allows them to have thousands of bonuses without any claims. To be denounced to the AMF and to consumer protection.

I'm more than happy to tell ya'll you dont have to go through the hassle of calling and having your questions partially answered anymore. I did send emails for my refund because I never wanted any of their services.

TERRIBLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR STUDENT INSURANCE! Students already have enough to deal with, they don't need other obstacles right now with this pandemic!! The ASEQ refuse to resend an etransfer and expect me to pay a $10 fee (absurd!) to issue a cheque for a credit owing when I paid the full amount and opted out of everything except for dental insurance. They have my funds and have held them since September 2020. After numerous calls and emails to speak to a manager or supervisor regarding this credit, I have yet to get a response for my questions. An etransfer for a reimbursement was sent to no avail. Another message to recup my password was sent to no avail. Then they were closed for the holidays. Technical problems on there end, well what about my end? This calls for a CLASS ACTION INVESTIGATION immediately. Who actually is this ASEQ!?

First of all, I would like to begin my criticism by testifying to the horrible waiting time for customer service. 15min to 45min of waiting time is really unbearable! In addition, once I am told, I am told that my case is still in "treatment" and that I will surely receive my check towards the end of the session. (I call them in April and I'm still waiting) I have read the opinions of other users and I am outraged that no corrective action has been considered on their part (ASEQ).
