Been working with Alliance for 8 months now, they found me and my boyfriend a job 2 days after we registered. Also, during all this time, Kamil did his absolute best to always find a job for me. He does everything possible to make sure you have a job, he always checks up on you, money are always on time so all in all a great agency, I recommed it to anyone who is a serious worker and looking for a job.

Worst agency ever. The management really needs to focus on their staff to treat people properly and reply promptly to their texts and messages regarding their work, a lot of times they wont reply to your texts for days, never came across this with any other agency i worked, just horrible especially the no. ending with ********5745, the most lazy .

I've been working for them for a couple of months and i did not had any issues with them.Ongoing work and good rates of pay.

Was told by Jamie there was tramping vacancies with immediate starts, This was back in May & guess what! I'm still waiting for the details to start, Same thing happened with Arnie, still waiting. I'm still owed money by Craig for an assessment carried out at Fowler Welsh Tipton, over year ago, so if you can get by & live on promisess that never materialise, & false information, & hope that you get paid right at the end of the week, then this Agency is for you, otherwise stay well away.
Further, to my last post, Arnie posted another C+E position based in B24,
I requested if he had 19.00 start times, & if it was possible to have an immediate start, this was 2 days ago, & suprise suprise, have been totally ignored again, be very careful with this Agency, it seems they are recruiting drivers for there books, but don't have any work, very dodgy, again STAY AWAY.

I disagree with almost all the reviews here, the people at Alliance are very friendly, professional and hardworking, welcoming people with a big smile on their faces, especially Craig Badbury. I recommend the agency!

I worked for alliance for over a year and they helped me with jobs and had great communication.
As a temporary worker i understood that sometimes agencies can get abit quiet, however Alliance kept me updated and really helped.

Don t do it the guy who does the HGV stuff is awful pretends to know what he is doing but in all honesty couldn t manage a pee up in a brewery do yourself a favour and find a good agency that treats you with respect

I've been working for alliance for over a year now, I've been dealing with Craig I found him very helpful and honest. I told him from day one that my main work is as electrician that didn't stop him giving me the days and type of work I wanted, even if I haven't done any work for him for month he will always help me out and give me the work I need, so any drivers looking for work give them a call.

i have worked for Alliance Personnel now for over two years, I work for the driver section and deal with a "Craig Bradbury" who i have found to be very Professional and helpful at all times.There is allways plenty of work and comunication is first class I have never had any problem with pay and is always payed promptly.

I was checking out your web site and was surprised to see some of the negative comments. I have worked as a LGV driver on various contracts over the last 5 years and have always found Craig and the team to be very professional. The nature of temporary work can be up and down, but I have found that on the whole I have had regular work, and have never had problems being paid by Alliance. I worked for Craig at another agency that went bankrupt and he looked after me getting work for me when he started at Alliance, he is always available to contact by telephone. Thanks to all at Alliance. REG FEARN

Registered for them last year was offered job given a start date but every time i rang up just gave excuses every time

If you are Polish, this is the place to go to, because they will play favoritism for you and I have nothing against Polish people. If you are any other nationality, I can't recommend going here, as they will just manipulate workplace employees even if the people who replace you are worse workers, just as long as they are of their nationality sometimes. And to absolutely everyone I REALLY wish you luck when talking with people like Patsy, she will take everything personally and react as if you are attacking her if you don't like or criticize the multitude of mistakes she likes to make on the daily. Mistakes like, not giving you your holiday pay in the time you request it for, sending you to the other side of the city for a job only to realize she sent a bad post code, sending you messages meant for completely different people, worst one of all is MISINFORMING you about workplaces on what their pay might be or what their work times would be or if it is a temporary or full time position. I almost lost a job because they wanted to send me to a completely different place when previously they know I have been to an interview through them for another place and I was supposed to start on the same they they wanted to give me the other job. And sadly I am sure the mistakes are at a state of - TO BE CONTINUED for the people who remain under their management. For what it's worth, I really hope they get rid of Patsy or give her a position that doesn't deal with people, cause she ain't a people person and acts unprofessionally. And I hope they fix things and go back to normal, because they were more than decent a couple of months ago.

Car broke down one day could not get to work. Refused to pay more than 8 hours after working over 13! Next job weeks later cab was full of fumes so took it back to yard after doing jobs! Then said they would not use me anymore. Not even a day a week, don't bother with this circus!

Best agency, really good pay rates and plenty of work. Professional staff will help you to find your best job or either if You are looking for a workers- best staff for Your company.

8.72 for a 60 hour 12 hour night shift a week how poor and ridiculous is that .

I joined to get experience on tipper driving. They told me they could definitely get me tipper work the following week, so i cancelled other work I had lined up. Next week came and nothing, no work. I ve had the same experience at two other agencies. When that happens once it s bad enough, but when the same thing happens THREE times it makes you suspicious. They are full of it, like alot of other agencies. Stay well clear !!

Very unprofessional and un trustworthy, bunch of amateurs working in this place . They're are unreliable, would not recommend this agency to anyone who is serious about work . These guys will just waste you're time and promise shifts but will not be able to stick to their words . Really pathetic the worst agency i have ever come across.

They find jobs wherever and how a man does not fit, he has two hours to get to work, they do not care and they stop talking

just plain rude think they can change details to make you pay more money if you get the you dont have to pay for ppe check your wageslips and pay for your own course as they dont wanna hand them certificates over!

Bad attitude unprofessionally run lie to you about pay rate then tell you less when they get you there AVOID WORST AGENCY EVER !!!!!!got my kids to think about if you want full time work and aim for a higher rate they tell you this rate you want then offer alot less you never know where you stand with them !!!!!!!

They pay correctly and on time. However, the paygap between the agency and full time workers at their Corby site is way too high. Also Corby site office workers could do with some people training.

Bunch of Idiots, Spend more time all chatting in Polish....just rude if you ask me! Get moody when you can't cover one of their below par contracts "All Blue Chip" they say? Good drivers get handed the crappy trucks because of rubbish drivers that crash them for the customer...AVOID unless your a bad driver and desperate!

Interesting reviews, thought I'd add some balance, it's been a while since I worked for them due to moving but out of all the agencies I worked with over a 6 year period it was only really Alliance that I would return to, once on a job you'll unlikely be taken off it unless the client runs out of work. They were always flexible as I wanted flexible working and while I was often asked to work extra days it wasn't pushy. If there was a poor client and you are called to it you can choose not to go back without being "punished" as many agencies do, as long as they know you well enough to take your word for it that the job is a bad one.

Had an induction with them and was told I would have a job within the week.
Called later when start days passed, couldn't get through or no answer.
Left messages, text and voicemail. No reply.
Seems there was no job after all, nice of them to let me know.
Disgusting way to treat people.
Was dealing with Iustina from the Coventry Halfords warehouse specifically.

great experience with the industrial team, available 24/7 on the mobile and always on hand to help. they found me work very quickly! it was local to my area and my experience suited it perfectly.

Excellent service for hard workers. Couldn't give me what I required for the first couple of weeks but kept me earning, which is what I needed. If you don't let them down, they look after you. If your full of excuses, they get rid and why not? They are a people business! No complaints and now in a full time job as was promised. Thank you guys.

Attention !!! If someone complains in the comments under the stars that they did not pay, he lies. He always gets money on time (in the regulations it is recorded that the transfer for work takes place in the next week and not in the worked one) sometimes they get down with looking for a job but it is also people and as for a job agency is decent

Got a full time job after being with them for about 15 weeks but during that time they just messed me about, not paying me the right amount some weeks or forgetting to pay overtime. And now weeks after I have left they are accusing me of keeping safety boots from them, when I had my own and are trying to get me to change this comment. I have removed the things that were untrue from this but have kept what is true and I am keeping the texts from them just in case, useless agency

I would say ultimate people, specially my beloved Ami and Annie they are always there for to find job in down time. And if there error in pay they follow and make sure I get paid. It has been regular job since May 2017. Good work thanks for everything

Rotten agency, major preference for the Foreign drivers, so they get good reviews written in bad, cringe worthy English. What a joke! Advertise Jobs that don't exist, lie to you, what odd jobs you do get is to drive the "customers" worst P.O.S truck. VOR - it and you don't get paid for turning up. AVOID-AVOID-AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute joke of agency been many places but nothing even compares never got paid in full always had to argue about my money .... get a text message 2-3 hours to get to work asap when I have 1 hour travel time. Stay away from this joke of a agency.

if i could i would give ZERO stars. i've registred with alliance but it's a waste of time. no one came to see/talk to me. "will call you" the front desk girl said in whisper. probably she has issues talking normal.

I see many good comments here but probably not from the driving section. Was already the second time I registered here and this time responding to position for a nearby company saying "guaranteed 5 shifts per week , Days and Nights available, etc etc..." and again so many paperwork filled in, interview taken by Mr Ar*** and then the same usual conversation... "Call you tomorrow confirming you the start time for Monday etc etc..." Next day nothing... "It gone quiet..." Following week " Is very quiet now..." and the same come conversation carries on and on for the following weeks... Disappointing really... After one month never had a call back or an offer from them... After this Mr*** tell me they have over 800 drivers I'm wondering if they keep playing with their drivers like this. Not sure if the problem is on the agency, the recruiter or something else...

Think twice about joining this agency 100% scammers and they are exploiting people with 100% fake jobs the worst agency in the UK I do not recommend this agency at all They lie and lie and I do recommend it be shut down tho Offered 2 jobs by them and THEY cancelled I m going to report this to REC

I have been working till now with 3 different agency, but this one is paying on the time and staff from the office is really helpfull for the agency workers :)

This agency is one big fake. They cheat on the work. They promise one knows what job you are doing and after four hours, you've got to rebuke at all about the work that you have come. not enough that you come to the appointed hour is still waiting for one and a half hours until a trigger that you can already start. I do not recommend anyone this agency sucks !!!!

Worse agency alive they never paid my money that I worked for would recommend staying away from!
