Great Experience. Tech was friendly and professional. Led me through all the steps of cleaning and using my new unit.

Tonya and Alliance made this process very easy and quite understandable. In one hour I came away with a good basic knowledge of the machine, how to set it up and the proper care for it. All of this translated smoothly to when I got home and set up my CPAP by myself. Very good experience!

Some of the most advanced technology is used in the c-pap equipment they provide, and they give excellent training on how to use it.

Jeff was very professional, polite and arrived in time frame given. Wore a mask and also gloves to handle equipment while giving instructions. Very impressed overall and would highly recommend.

Went to pick up my CPAP machine. Kelly D did an outstanding job of explaining all the facets of using the machine and some of the different apparatus available. Although I did not meet him in person, this gentleman provided excellent service. He was very friendly, though professional, over the phone and left the testing equipment exactly where I had instructed. The equipment was picked up the following day on a timely basis.
