It is not often that I give any business a one-star review but this is the highest I could ever imagine giving this company. If you want to know why they get a single star, please read on.
They found me a very low skilled job which but it ended up being and a laundry factory with incredibly, with horrible working conditions (broken toilet seat in the bathroom for instance) strict rules and low pay even for a laundry company. I am a western-educated person with a degree and over 30 years of working experience and this was the best this company could find me? I complained quite a bit to the "recruiter", Leslie Tey, about the quality of the job and the conditions. Leslie tried to convince me to stay for the minimum amount that I had signed for with Alliance human resources, which was 3 months. I could not last longer than two weeks and told him I was going to quit, instead of finding me another job what he chose to do was to take me to court to try to get one full months salary out of me despite only worked two weeks. I asked him to just find me a different job but he refused. Mr Tey told me to go to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). I did. AHR was finned $2500 and given 6 demerit points because it turned out that Leslie Tey was not working legally as a recruiter.
P.S. Their Facebook page used to have a way to review your experience, it has since been removed as an option... No wonder.
