Closed late, builder has not completed punch list, builder has not completed custom cabinet that I paid for in my contract. I still have the "temporary" lights that were installed "just to get me to close" and it has been a full year since I closed. Builder is unresponsive even to demand letters from my attorney. 6 liens were filed on my property after close.

They don t pay their bills. They owe brick bills for 2 houses over 2 yrs old now

Allen style homes doesn t honor their warranty. Under no circumstance should you close on your house without all punch list items finished as that ain t happening either

Our new home has had expensive plumbing problems left and right, that we ve had to repair on our own dime. We ve only been in our home for a year and 11 days. We cannot contact anyone about our breach of contract and the attempted notice of lien placed on our home due to the failure of payment for the storm shelter the builder installed. Please save yourself the time, heartache and money. Buy a home from a reputable builder.
