The apartment building has an excellent location overlooking the Santa Lucia channel, every Saturday afternoon Mercado la Luz is placed, which makes it a tourist spot halfway between the Museum of Mexican History and the Fundidora Park, there is a Counter corner parking (for Heroes of 47, almost corner with Washington) with a single fee of $ 30.

The woman in the lobby is very trepotent, with just her way of being, I left the place and I didn't feel like coming back, I don't know why they have those kind of people who don't have an attitude of service

Excellent place to live, you have the entire complex of Parque Fundidora and Paseo Sta. Lucia at the foot of the entrance. The apartments are excellent for a couple without children or for small families of up to 3 people. Many road accesses and very close to Tec de Monterrey.

This place has a ton of potential. The location is great and the 12th floor has a community gym and pool. However La Capital is very poorly managed which makes me hesitant to ever recommend the place. Between the laundry service that did not work for half a year, starting in December (new machines kept being delayed and did not arrive until late June), spraying for cockroaches especially on the 12th floor lounge, elevators that were constantly being repaired/were not functioning and the dirty pool, it just is not worth it. Plus repairs that just seemed to go on and on forever. I lived on the second floor and they were working on WeWork for months and noises from other repairs are heard often. Some of the machines in the gym have not been working for half a year too (cycling machine which has been broken since November and I bet it is still broken now). Plus the revolving door of staff members. Nomad Living is not known for treating its employees well, plus some of the residents do not treat maintenance and security with any respect and security lacks any kind of power to enforce the rules that some people are always breaking. I kind of feel bad for the people who work at La Capital. It isn't an easy job, they work so hard, for so long, for so little and don't get a lot of respect from too many people who feel entitled to drink beer in the pool or whatever else they please. So again, this place has potential, but things actually need to work, need to be clean and people need to be employed who are respected and empowered to actually enforce rules that help the community to function. Well, at least there are great views on the 12th floor.
