these guys call many times per day and harass me a...

these guys call many times per day and harass me about merchant services for my business, sometimes from a private number, sometimes from a blocked number. I've tried to call them to get removed from their call list, but could not get ahold of anyone. This company is shady. Stay away.

Allegiance has, with out a doubt the best customer service of any processing company I have used. If we make a mistake or have an issue and need to call for help, there is always someone there to answer the phone and correct the problem quickly. Also the availability of daily reports on line and the ease of accessing the reports is 5 star. I don't have to wait until the end of the month to find a problem. This saves me so much time reconciling daily sales and month end statements. The statements and reports are so clear and easy to read. I definitely recommend Allegiance to anyone looking for a user friendly professional processor.

This company is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced all around. They have sent us 1099K tax forms for Money they never sent us.
I wish I could leave a percentage of a percent of a star.

Allegiance Merchant Services..Have been awesome to work with getting my business set up for their services they offer. Michael Camacho is very knowledgeable on how to operate this system and I must add very patient while guiding me thru the whole change over to this company.Customer service is and has always been very easy to work with if any problems arise they took care of any issues quickly ..My business recommends Allegiance for your card services.

I've had nothing but a first class experience. My sales representative Michael Camacho has always been available if I've had any questions.His customer service has been 5 stars! Now lm no longe with them Michael Camacho got in car accident and they fired him and raised rates. I no longer recommend!

I was introduced to this company through my bank ...

I was introduced to this company through my bank after a year my bank dropped them because of poor service so I decided to close .my account as well. After going through all of there procedures on my end I thought and was told I was done they kept charging me because the equipment wasn't returned but yere is the trick they wont send a return slip. 4 monthes later they wint return calls or emails . Just got hung up on when they were informed the bank account was closed. Stay away from this company

I would never recommend this company to any business for their merchant services. Their fees are one of the highest and customer service is the absolute worst. I cancelled my business account and was never told about a 30 day cancellation despite the fact that they charge a restocking fee on top of that. Anyone considering dealing with them should be aware. They lie and never follow through on anything. If I could give them zero stars I would. If they continue charging my business, I will report them to BBB.

They would have NEGATIVE 10 stars in my book - We got rid of them because we switched merchant providers 5 months ago and they have STILL been charging us EVERY month for fees - Every month I call them and tell them to credit the money back and remove us. Well in a month or two the money usually gets credited back but in the mean time it still gets charged every month!! Now they are not even returning our calls and we have to close down business bank accounts to get rid of them! We have to do this for 4 companies that we put with them! DO NOT use - terrible company!

Terrible customer service. High rates. Im in the middle of trying to not be charged monthly for a service I haven't used in 6 mos....at this point I think I'll just have to report them to my bank as a fraudulent charge. Again way to many other merchant companies out there to have to put up with this. Switching to them was a terrible mistake.

Good luck ever trying to get ahold of anyone to fix any of your credit card issues. Great setup, and ease of use but my lord if you have an issue they don t answer their phones. I even have 2 Allegiance employees in my phone just incase the mainline (which never works) is busy. It is literally hopeless. I m planning on changing soon. It s sad because the rates are pretty good, I love the terminals too, but I am sick of this bs.

This has been an awesome experience for me. I contacted Allegiance and in a matter of a week, we had our Credit Card machine up and running. The parents at my daycare are happy which makes me very happy. A big thanks to Molly for being a great representative and making this process smooth and easy.

Since switching over to Allegiance, I have saved money and have had amazing customer service. Michael Camacho has gone above and beyond. He made our transition a breeze, plus we save time and do less work. He has taken time out of his personnel schedule to help us out. He also was able to help fix our receipt printer - a task that a paid technician of the printer's company couldn't accomplish. I seriously can't recommend Allegiance enough.

Raised our rates w/o letting us know. After we called to cancel, they kept charging our bank account, and when we complained, they said they had no record of our call; basically calling us liars. Stay away!

Sorry company. Raised rates and fees without notification. Kept taking money out of my banking account after I told them to stop. I was not using it anymore. They have dragged around taking there time to send out shipping label to me to send it back. This place is highway robbery.
