Called as I had an important question. Was sent to a voicemail, left my name and number a week ago. Health related important issue. Nobody returned my calls.

Hooks Fish and Chicken on Federal St do not wash hands and and do not wear mask.

I just tested positive for the virus the health department supposed to reach out to you and send out notification to your jobs in the people that you ve been around they haven t even done this this is why this virus keeps spreading because the communication in the lack of our system..I can t seem to get anybody on the phone to get any answers

AGHD is staffed with old people who can't adapt to current needs or technology. Let's get some folks in there with neuroplasticity so that we can roll out the Covid vaccine more efficiently. Why does Giant Eagle have all the vaccine? It's holding its doses until it can give first and second doses to its employees. Why is private business in charge of public health? Bad decisions from our health department.

I was bitten by a dog and I was told by the police that these guys were suppose to contact me with the information in the dog that bit me see if I needed shots.
They called me and said they recomended I get rabbies shots for the dog bit cause they do not have any information on it.
I called them back because I was lead to believe they were suppose to give me information for the billing, so I dont have to pay for the dog bite treatment that they owners would cover it.
They have no information about the dog, they cant help me with rabbies shots, they cant give me any information or help at all about billing etc.
My question is, why is there a health department if they dont do anything helpful in the first place?
They have not done anything except tell me to get expensive shots and that they cant help with anything else. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The staff is very friendly & polite... They have a lot of resources... I also love how they aren t judgmental.. Everything seems to be very organized & clean. But the waiting process is too long ... But it s definitely worth the wait.. They also probably should think about better cellular connection cause there is barely service.

It took six months to actually get someone on the phone to answer my questions. Sent countless emails and voicemails and finally got them to tell me that despite not being able to open my business this year due to COVID that I was responsible for paying all fees in order to keep my business open. If I didn t pay the almost $300 in fees for the year (during which time I did not operate for a single minute so what am I paying you for) that I wouldn t be able to open this summer without going through the entire permitting process again. It s so helpful and heartwarming that these places care so much about the small businesses that make up our community.
