I stopped by to give them mail for someone who no longer lives at residence, as I was nearby, and didn't just want to do "return to sender" via the USPS. Lovely building and front desk was very pleasant and helpful. ALLCARE is a great community contributor, being in GP for 25 years. Have only had great experience with the organisation regarding insurance
I went from being a full time working employee to being disabled in a span of about 6 months. All care was my medical insurance before, during and after. All Care helped me to help myself save my life. All Care responded to all my stress and hysteria about my declining health with grace and knowledge. It s a shame how they treat their clients. Completely negligent to say the least and I would personally love to file a grievance on them. Lucky for them they never answer the phone much less transfer me to the correct person when they do. Would love if a manager would actually get back to me but highly doubt a week of me calling and leaving voicemails they d even bother. If you re even thinking of considering AllCare please reconsider. They don t at all care about your well being. Find an insurance actually worth your time. This insurance company and their employees aren t even your breath.
Between work insurance and all care I get treated totally different.. work insurance is really nice and they are concerned ! And I am made comfortable as possible with my injury.. allcare .. I'm met with attitude and told to go and take ibuprofen" doc ordered me to stop because it's eating my stomach years ago" they don't care about anything.. your a number.. and are treated like a drug addict because you have a torn liberum and a herniated disc that are very painful
They are helpful and take care of all of my concerns or needs for my son. The babe store is super helpful also! We have a wonderful advocate through Allcare for my son that helps me keep track of all his appts and provides an extra listening ear and also helps keep referrals moving! Definitely would recommend.
I have been with All Care Health for three + years ,I have had multiple medical dealings with them, due to an unfortunate injury and the medical fallout created from initial injury. The local Allcare Staff have been so helpful no matter what Position they held within the Company. Because of my injuries I went on SSDI which after being on it for 2 years you must sign up for Medicare. Thankfully All Care offers many Medicare Plans structured to meet the many diverse needs we have here in Josephine County.
They offer all and any Resources to cover Questions or Concerns from a very user friendly web page to a Group of People that hold free meetings for the public to attend to educate yourself about Medicare and how to choose the Plan that would be most beneficial for each Members situation.
In my case I had the option to let All Care manage my Medicare Plan for me, which is so helpful by relieving me of the stress of reapplying on time etc. each year. It can be very Overwhelming but All Care Health knows all aspects of the Insurance Industry and bring it 100% Professional from all angles.

Wouldn't cover prescription because it was close to Christmas. Just gave me the run around. Leaving me to suffer with an auto immune rash. "Wont go away by itself " they denied me until the first so they wouldn't have to cover it. Absolutely horrible company. Will deny you service on everything making you run around in circles trying to get things covered.
Only had phone calls with a couple different workers and they were all very nice and very helpful.
