Bad property manager! The house was filthy when we received it. Always was slow to address issues. Refused to make necessary repairs to the home- he claimed we didn't need door locks because the area is "safe". I would not rent from him again

Allan is a very pleasant and courteous landlord. Properties are maintained in excellent condition, with very reasonable rental rates. Would recommend him to any MTU students looking for a nice and hassle free living experience.
