All Veterans Air Review

We hired them and the response was great. I asked for a early am
maintenance on our A/C unit and was assured the tech would be there in the morning. The next day I received a call at 8:;30 am from the tech was on his way. He arrived ; performed the tasks in a timely and professional manner. He explained everything that he was doing and was polite and respectful. I appreciate that this company is made up of Veterans and would recommend them to anyone.

I had Billy and Jerry out to do a move on my AC unit and install of a new hot water tank, then I had Blake come out to repair my AC unit. These 3 guys are the absolute best. They are professional, they know there stuff, they are polite, pleasant and just a refreshing joy to have the pleasure of meeting. I would highly recommend Veterans Air, they are prompt, honest, caring and a leader in their field.

Service was great! I called at around 9am and they said they will get someone out after 2pm. I got a call at 10:30am with a rep asking if it was OK to come then. Very professional and informative. Identified the issue and fixed it fairly quick. Completed some other preventive measures to avoid future issues. My house was back to it's normal cool within hours.

I used to use Cool Today. I recently left them after I had two back to back horrible experiences. I was looking for a new maintenance provider for my ac. When my blower motor went out on a very warm Florida day I called Veteran air. They showed up within a hour and took care of my part that was still under warranty. The lady that took my phone call was awesome . She set up my repair call and my new service agreement. She also made sure we would get the amazing veteran discount for my husband s service. The repairman did a perfect job and had us all fixed quickly. I m very happy I made the switch to Veteran Air and am very satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had Jon Curtis come to give me an estimate. I have never had a more pleasurable experience dealing with a salesman/technician. He fully explained every option in great detail. I had a new system installed the next day by professional, courteous, and friendly technician. And as the name states, it s owned by a veteran and I as a veteran received a great discount. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND as do their other hundreds of positive reviews!!

I found everyone associated with Veterans Air to be professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions / concerns. Jon Curtis and both technician installers were wonderful, as were office personnel.
I am very happy with the finished install and highly recommend Veterans Air.

I m purchasing the house I m currently renting and wanted to get an estimate for a new AC system. Jon arrived on time, in a Veteran Air vehicle and uniform and was extremely professional. He told me I have 3-5 years left on my AC and didn t try to sell me on getting a new one. I truly appreciate it as there s a lot of others things that need be done and any cost savings is good. Jon provided detailed information regarding the AC unit I have and offered maintenance suggestions. I will definitely use Veteran Air and no one else for all my AC needs. They even give Veterans like me a discount. Best in town!!!!

ac. EXTREMELY thorough, went over every aspect of work, and included
before and after pictures of what was done. Courteous and professional,
he was here well over an hour, and when he was done, we felt our unit
was in the best hands possible. Will absolutely request him in the future.

Matt came out on a free second opinion call to inspect my A/C unit. His knowledge, suggestions, and professionalism were outstanding. He was able to give me much more diagnostic information than the other guys. He also offered various financing options for me to consider that I would not have come up with on my own. When the time comes to replacing my unit I will definitely be using Veteran Air. (The other guy spent 2 hours trying to sell me, throwing numbers out left and right, and was supposed to follow up with an email quote. I never got the email)

Service response was about 1 hour. Tech was neatly dressed, professional and well versed in his craft. Spotted our problem in 1 minute and resolved it. We had a service contract with another company but we are switching to Veteran Air.
