No proper management. Dont go for face to face interview,no one is there to guide you .Once when you reached as per your schedule timing, reception people will take your entry and will send you in cafeteria where you have to keep on waiting for your schedule.After 1 hour of wasting your time when you will ask about you schedule,they may say that they are not aware about your schedule and all interview already done. Thats the way they are treating experienced people, even for scheduled interview. Also you have to pay parking charge 10rs per hour.
I have been working with Allstate since 2018 and what I could say is it has the best working environment. People are very much transparent and they appreciate for your valuable work. The company has a great culture and well paid. You can expect to work here with peace of mind. Best working place specially for female employees.
I qualified all rounds and hr told to generate offer letter as well. But in the end after wasting my 3 days they told that the expectation is too high. Though they committed before I agreed for interview to pay what I am expecting..
