Loved the food and the hotel is my favorite among the affordable options at Disney. When you go there you just want to enjoy and relax. Forget about driving, parking, cooking cleaning etc.I loved it and I will come back soon.
The biggest disappointment was hearing my neighbors toilets flush all night long!! Ba ath sink drain broken, carpets kinda gross, dirty, just not Disney Ilike at all.
This resort is between the sports and the movies, making it perfect for using the bussing system. You can pick up a bus to any of the all stars and walk just a little bit to get back to your own resort!
The rooms were nice and clean and the scenery and pools were great. Their food court was not the most amazing for adults, but everything else about our stay was great. The price wasn't bad considering it includes airport and park transportation.
Good value. Nice design with the different themed buildings and pools. Far away from the parks though.
In my experience (2015) the attention, the facilities, the cleaning, the property, the food service, the souvenir shop and the transport service to the parks, I found very good. Excellent experience!

Disney does an amazing job at most everything they do. So I world recommend any Disney resort to store your stuff and rest your body between the parks , however this one had rooms that felt very worn. We had family stay at All Star Movie which looks to have been recently updated and would recommend that over All Star Music.
It's default nicely an awesome value for an awesome time. :)
So so many issues this time. Horrible 10 day visit...horrible!
The rooms are small but clean. Furniture needs updating. Staff are friendly. Close to Disney and kid friendly. They charge daily parking but no entry gate, it s open to anyone.
Back on Thursday when we just got down here we waited over three and a half hours for rooms after driving all night, I would give it a one star but the reason I didn't was because the resort is nice and the people at the resort are nice. It's kind of ridiculous to have to wait 3 in a half hours to get your room after being on the road all night.
Makes the entire trip easy and very comfortable! This is definitely the way to do Disney.
Our family loves this resort. It's a bit more affordable than some of the other On Disney property locations. It has some of the best pools in all of the resorts, perfect for the kids. The food court is great as well and in room dining delivers til 1am!
Awesome place, lots of fun. Sometimes buses take a long time to pick you up.

Our room was so far away from the front. I wish there was a bus stop in the back as well as the front. Everyone was very friendly and the accommodations were fine for the price.
Was a standard hotel but you did have to pay for parking at Disney World if you stayed there.

The location was a good distance from the Disney parks the rooms were good 2 beds, a tv and a bathroom, the service was also amazing the people there were nice.
Not a bad choice to rest your feet at the end of a long day walking.
Awesome hotel staff! I dropped a star due to there not being a dress code at the pool, girls in thongs! Not that I minded but my 10 year old has never seen a whole butt! Other than that our stay was great!
Another one of Disney's motel 6s this is one where large groups tend to stay cheerleaders and sports groups things like that.

It's Disney. You're going to pay more but the quality is unmatched. The only place you'll get better customer service is probably Heaven itself. Love this resort. Very clean.
I am an absolute Disney not and love staying on Disney property, this is one of the hotels I have stayed at many times! The hotel is clean, it has a lot of activities, it's a perfect place to bring your family! It's convenient, has has buses to all of the parks! It is definitely a magical experience!
This was our 6th time staying at this resort and it wasn't up to the standard as it was before ..our room( which they "up-graded") was not a pleasant stay, the air conditioner keep cutting on and off and sounded like it was opening and closing our door.
The floor is front of the entrance to the bathroom stayed wet (it wasn't just water from the shower it stayed wet for days). Also, the bus transportation was ridiculous, way to long waits, and not enough buses for all the parks to and from.
Not to mention the handicap occupant brings 4 or more members to load up on the bus first and take advantage of this opportunity while others wait in line for 30 minutes or more. This should be better managed. Not just handicapped but the scooters and wheel chairs. We personally witnessed someone in a wheel chair, that belonged to the park, who waited at the handicap part to load on first, get out of the chair and walked onto the bus with 4 others and left the wheelchair there and then laughed about it on the bus and that's what ppl need to do to get onto the bus before everyone else.
Location was good and overall theme was nicely done. Hotel/Rooms however feel dated.

Great place to stay. The room is very clean. My husband and I both like having the band that opens your door, let's you in the park and is used as a charge card. The pool is close by and the water temperature is perfect. All the staff are helpful and courteous

Great resort, close to parks, nice pool would definitely stay there again... Only Issue was that the cashier at the store inside gave me a hard time about using my husbands debt card to make small purchase (under $30) ....
Clean, spacious to accommodate 6 to 8 people, also have 2 bathrooms and a place to cook

It is one of the value hotels in disney property. I think it is lile a 3 star hotel somwere else. Nothing to be surprised or amazed. The most special apsect that makes this place different of any other 3 star hotel is the disney cast members. I have been in disney 5 times already and i cant believe how they train their people to be so attentive and full of willingness to make yoir stay really problemless. If you are visiting disney and want to take care of your budget this is a good option. We know that for many reasons when you visit disney to stay in one of their hotels is the best option to be inmersed in the magic all the time.
Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to our needs.
We didn t have a coffee machine in our room or a microwave. I understand the microwave but the coffee machine? I asked the front desk if we could get one and was told that we didn t have one because of room renovations. That seemed like an odd reason. I know this is suppose to be the value hotel but for $130 a night you d think you d at least have a coffee machine in the rooms.

Disney's All Star Music resort is excellent for family trips. It's far from a 5 star hotel, but the service is good, and the rooms are nice for families.
I throughly enjoyed my time in the resort with fun arcades, nice rooms, and an awesome pool.
Everything is and always has been excellent when it comes to Disney's services. Rooms are nice and clean. The resort is clean and upkept. The restaurants inside the resort offer a variety of food and the food itself is great, specially breakfast! Always a great experience.
The location to this hotel is extremely close to the parks.the thing that unlocked about staying at the Disney hotels is that u get magic hours which is a plus to me. The staff at the hotel we're so friendly and helpful.when I needed something such as a pack n play for my nine month old daughter they came right away with it. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
My daughter loved it, and I'm happy because she loved it, but the heat, the wait times and the price to endure the heat while waiting 2 hours for a ride...will come back during a cooler week...never again during a warm season.

THIS PLACE IS.... Boring but the pool is wicked and the rest of Disney World is great and for my advice ride the Hollywood Tower of Terror in Hollywood Studios
It is a decent place. It is not the best resort. The room comes with few amenities but there is good service. It is close to Disney and includes transportation to the parks. So for the price it's not bad.
It was a very nice experience. Room was very clean, and the landscape was nicely taken care of. A very family friendly resort.
Since I am here for Hurricane Irma and they are giving free disney FILMS and being very good about the hurricane... I would say its a good stay
Fantastic place! Mickey charges an arm and a leg but the staff that work here are excellent! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great place for kids with activities held at the pools!

All thr Disney charm and reaort perks for anyone on a budget. Staff was friendly and funny. And the rooms were clean and comfy. All the basic necessities for a place to shower, sleep, and relax in between parks.

1st ever family vacation! We stayed at the All Star Music Resort for 5 days and the only complaint we had was some of the food items at the on-site restaurant. Tge food was not really bad, just had better (think hospital cafeteria food). The rooms were cute and had a retro vibe, not fancy at all but they were VERY CLEAN and quiet and exactly what we needed. It was so nice to come back to a clean room with fresh sheets after a long day at the parks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. If we go back I would most likely stay there again. Perfect for families with young children or adults.
My building is a 10 minute walk from the pool, food court, transportation. It's extra energy we don't have for the parks. I feel bad for the kids.
