I love staying at a Disney hotel. It really brings out the magic.
A great and convenient resort! My family and I are guests here several times a year for the past 5 years and we couldn't be more pleased. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The buildings outside are up to date, well maintained and visually exciting even for us adults! We still enjoy walking around looking at all the wonderful details of the Disney magic that has been put into even these value resorts. The grounds are always perfectly trimmed and the flowers are gorgeous. The food selection is great in the cafeteria. The arcade is awesome and open 24hrs. It even has a nicely stocked gift shop. Bus waiting lines aren't too long to or from the resort. We love to stay here and will continue to do so. Have a magical day!
Good place to sleep and the hotel staff kept everything clean and nice. No problems
Fantastic resort. Basic rooms but your barely in them so what does that matter? The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you
Great budget resort. Room was a bit small, but it was comfortable and had lots of pools and a surprisingly decent cafeteria. I would have liked having a common space or even better office spaces open 24 hours or upon request though. If you're unfortunate and need to work while there, there aren't options for a quiet space.
We have never had a bad instance with anything Disney, and the staff here continues that tradition. Clean rooms, friendly staff (even the custodial staff is friendly), and the always present Disney standards are on display even at the less expensive resorts. We have had a wonderful visit and look forward to more magic the next time we visit.
For the pleasant atmosphere, people (workers and guests), first class services, facilities to access everything, etc.
Nice hotel had the family suite was great with the seperate bedroom. A little pricey but we went at Christmas time. Would stay again.
I think it is ridiculous that they have tracking chips in every cup souvenir, or even just a regular cup, they are all tracked, very tacky. I think we have to pay inflated prices so that Disney can save on soda cups that they are tracking, silly.
Older rooms and property buy very well maintained and cleaned.
Great hospitality. The rooms should be renovated though.
We love ASMu! It's some of the most affirdable rooms, and the new renovations to the eatery are wonderful.
Spectacular. It is honestly one of the cheapest options within the Disney complex and most convenient.
Staying in one of the Disney hotels has many benefits; Magic Band free of charge, free Shutles to Disney Springs (gastronomic and commercial hub) and all parks, Magic Hour (special days where guests have priority and exclusivity of access to the different parks), Official Stores within the hotel, swimming pool and even a free game room open 24 hours a day.
All this without mentioning the constant magic and warmth of the Disney staff who make sure your stay is perfect. It is not luxurious but it perfectly meets everything. I would go back without hesitation.
We requested a ground floor room closer to transportation and we got a third floor room the absolute farthest away from transportation. Busses take from 45 min to 1.5 hours to get to or from parks. There is no coffee pot in the room. To get to the cafe is a very very long walk. No hot tub. Thin blankets. Stay off site and rent a car, the free bus transport is horrible.
I love all things Disney, and this is their budget option. Really needs renovation has all the Disney theme but rooms are not good anymore. Better values in other park hotels
Having stayed mostly at moderate and deluxe level resorts at WDW, we were initially apprehensive about this stay following a less than satisfactory experience at Pop Century, but we were pleasantly surprised by this value resort. The room was very pleasant, if a bit small. The beds were only double, instead of queen size at most other resorts, but this was less of an issue than feared. The food court was very good with many options. The best compliment I can pay involves the bus transportation. There were a lot of people here, but the buses were frequent and more than adequate. Disney has clearly planned for the transportation needs here. We never waited very long either going or coming. This was my biggest compliant about Pop Century. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
I have always had great customer service when I have stayed here.
Clean room and friendly staff and well kept landscaping.
Completely inadequate. Numerous issues. Better off spending the extra money for better service at other locations.
The resort was great, in good proximity to all the parks. The pool on the resort was also really nice. The only issue my wife and I had was with housekeeping. They were not very good at following directions.
A beautiful place to spend moments full of fantasy and joy.
Stayed here in June of 2017. While I did not care for the long walk to our room from the main lobby. I did enjoy my stay here. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Never actually went for the breakfast but the lunch and dinners were very good. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Disney hotel experience without spending to much money a night.
Rooms are basic but do the job. If you need a place to sleep and store your stuff, this is the place to do it.
Nice service upon arrival. Room met all expectations for us.
The resort wasn't in the greatest shape, but we expected that. The employees were wonderful, and were so helpful. Anytime we needed anything someone was always at our door within a few minutes. This was our first trip to Disney, and having great staff and service made our experience more enjoyable no matter how old the resort looked. It is definitely worth the money.
We are in Calypso and it is wonderful. We love it so far.
The people they serve are very friendly and the best thing of all is that they solve all the problems.
Won't break the bank but big on Disney Magic. Nice redsort, nice amenities. Rooms in desperate need of a refurbished. Customer service top notch. Lost luggage and manager Nick stepped in with heaps of pixie dust. He's an absolute credit to Disney.
Great theming. A little far of a walk if you are in the back of the resort
Great place to stay while visiting the parks. They make everything really easy for you, from eating breakfast and dinner, to shuttling you totally the parks or airport.
It's nice .. very kind people .. It's best to hire a package with meals .. And so one does not care ...
They did not have refrigerators because they say they broke and they did not have them replaced. Mmmmmm
Had an issue with our reservation, they worked with us to make things right. Overall, it was a good experience.
This resort was awesome!! The suite was cozy, yet large enough so that we weren't tripping over ourselves. I loved the service. The pool was great. The only issue is the food court food was kinda blah. Not terrible, but nothing that really justified the price of eating there.
A gift shop, two pools music themed everything, food court, and magical things at every corner!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the grounds were kept spotless.
Resort is well laid out, easy to get in and out of. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
multiple types of hotels like All Star Music, Sports and Movies. They are value hotels so they are cheap but yet great quality. Food is okay and there is a shuttle every 20 minutes to all the parks and airport / cruise port. This hotel is great for kids if they like one of the themes as everything from rooms to pools have that theme along with livesize models of pianos and footballs, and characters from Disney films.
The least favorite of all of the value resorts. I always have problem at this one resort. Band would not open thast almost caused me to miss my fast pass to Star Wars. Waited for over 10 mins to get told that thebice cream for a milkshake was too frozen to use. If it was not for a manager, I really would of blown a gasket there. Finally, the room was dusty. Fun with allergies. Not a good night. Would of been better saving money to stay at an outside resort for that night
Basically we just slept there. But we had to pay to park our car on top of the hotel charges. That's just wrong. And I had to go back to check out just to pay for it. Why not ask for it when you check in.
Awesome food court, good prices, and great staff. Love it!!
A good place to stay if you're going to Disney World and want to stay cheap.
I'd highly recommend going up a notch to one of the Moderate Resorts (my wife and I rather like the Caribbean Beach resort) if your budget allows for it... but definitely stay at one of the Disney Resorts. The convenience of easy access to the parks, the extra magic hours, savings from the packages Disney offers, and not having to worry about paying for parking make it well worth it.
It is a good hotel to reside during visits to Disney. There is a family atmosphere, and good service. The "magic band" bracelets are a superb technological addition.
Probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed at in Disney. Not only did they not give my mother in-law a handicable room but they told us they would work on it at 5p, before we left for our dinner reservations, and we got back to the hotel at 11p and no one had even attempted. Biggest disappointment ever!
What can I say, it not their high end hotel but it is clean, good selection of meals in the restaurant, the staff are friendly and it is a fun place to stay. Plus it's Disney. We enjoyed our stay here.
Great place to go with the kids, just be prepared to walk a lot! And wait!
Always fun experience. Accomodations are always clean and spacious
The room is average but the bathroom is tiny. To shut the door you have to walk past the toilet then turn around to close it. The food choices in the cafeteria are very limited and ridiculously expensive. Crew members were friendly and helpful.
This Disney value resort is conveniently located near all the parks, has decent rooms for the price and nice pools. Arcade was fun and we enjoyed movies under the stars!
I would say this is one of the best places to stay. Only thing is the cafe stop serving egg white omelettes and does not serve any options for vegetarians or vegans.
Its reasonably priced and part of a magical experience. Food is good.
Good music, friendly staff, the place has a very outgoing and receptive atmosphere
It is older but that is how you get the better price point. Transportation, Disney Hospitality, and meal plan make any Disney resort worth it. Don't need to rent a car. Can't say enough about the meal plan. The options are incredible
Service has been great. Rooms are nice, little bit dated now.
Solid hotel for families or someone planning on spending a lot of time in the parks. Upkept nicely and a good hotel and resort.
There are several areas to stay according to your musical tastes. Like the Caplypso area, the Jazz zone or the Broadway area where I stayed. Each one is set according to each rhythm. There is a kiosk to buy the battery charger which for a single payment you can change it for a new one as many times as you want. They offer free water in the restaurant.
Resort is awesome, clean, and welcoming. Transportation is easy once you get there and staff is very helpful. Highly recommended.
Love this hotel. Great prices for a Disney location with all the amenities.
The All-star hotels host high school sports and band teams, tour groups, and families with small children. The unique scenery is interactive and fun for all ages. Multiple pools on site at large and each with a different theme. You can find food and snacks at the quick serve restaurant and bar at the pool. Catch the latest Disney movie nightly at the pool. Also, a great place to play Ingress!
A great place to stay! Friendly and helpful staff!
