Standard cattle class. Nothing bad but also nothing more than an Interstate side hotel with pool, and a bonus of bus rides to the parks.

Room is very nice and check in was easy. Only complaint is bed is too firm for my taste.
Beautiful hotel! Very kind attention from all the staff, the huge rooms, comfortable beds, great lighting, full bathrooms, very good sound system, the great buffet! Everything perfect !! The best the pool area! tremendous place !!
Staff super friendly we wven got money for free by agreeing to a housekeeper thing. 2 times stated at this resort and 2 times very satisfied. Not to mention food is good here also and transportation to parks runs non stop and not super crowded
The staff was great. Rooms were a little dirty and out dated. Would have been nice to have more pillows. Food was great. Getting to the parks was a breeze.
It's a value resort. Would be nice if they had more locations for coffee..
Fixtures are looking tired, needs a refresh of things like usb plugs. Value is ok.
Not clean room, found spiders! Informed the front desk, but no use.
Took 3 days to receive a package that was already delivered to this resort! They have no easy way to deliver packages to the rooms!
Good room to stay in wdw but with room service that leaves something to be desired
Nice place. Could do without the mold in the showers
Fun for everyone!!!! Had a great time and what a wonderful experience!!!!
The other people writing these reviews must be getting paid or they don't travel much. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. This is not even a 3 star resort let alone a 4.3. The facility is extremely dated and is in desperate need of updating. Upon checking in we found that our outlets in the room were so old and worn nothing stayed plugged in. The bathroom fan sounded like a train rolling through the room. Our refrigerator was broken and the AC was locked out and would not adjust below 72. The ac and fridge were addressed but, it should have never been that way. The food is just OK with very limited choices and nothing healthy. The coffee is absolutely horrible. It is burnt and bitter as coffee is left in the machines over night. Fresh coffee is made every morning without the burnt coffee being removed or the machine being flushed. We all expect to pay a little more for everything on vacation and even more than a little extra because it's Disney but, what this resort charges is criminal. The resort charges 5 star prices in a 1 star setting. The juice isn't worth the squeeze at the all star resorts. Stay somewhere else.
We were staying at this hotel inside Disney and it was a very pleasant experience. It is very large and set in music is spectacular. All the services as well as the staff of 10, have free shuttle buses that take you to the parks. Highly recommended for quality and price
The rooms were great and the food was av eeww rage. The menu did not have many options. There are also two great pools that are fun for all ages.
Food was outrageously expensive, but awful. Rooms smelled like mildew and there was barely any water pressure in the showers. The lights in the bathroom were weird and made an annoying humming sound, and also flickered like in a horror movie... the maid was very sketchy and made me feel uncomfortable leaving anything of value in my room, because she kept coming in unannounced saying she had to "check somehing" but didn't seem to actually check anything but the safe. The check-in staff however, were EXTREMELY nice and helpful, and it was very convenient being on property, so you could take the bus to the parks. The parking fee at the hotel though made it less worth the price.
Basic motel style accommodation. Wonderful service as always with Disney. A number of pools, a shop that stocks most essentials and lots of Disney merchandise. An arcade and food court with various styles of food. Close to blizzard beach water park and mini golf with complimentary buses to other Disney parks. Approx 20 minute drive to universal studios along I4.
Rooms clean and provided everything that we needed.
Basic amenities in the room. Really small beds but fun atmosphere.
This place is really cool. It has a guitar shaped pool!!!
Had a blast beds and pillows were comfortable food was great pools were nice
A very good place to stay and stay close to the theme parks. Shuttle.service to and from the parks is ongoing. Buses are pretty frequent. Great service.
But luggage with Disney tags never came till mid night, claimed 2 times.
Connecting room is OK, but strange mechanical noise like snooze all night.
Hi-tech service crazy sleepless at night
Lost in the system of the great country, my bag
My bag wakes up in my dream
Excellent service with one of the best prices inside Disney !!
I actually stayed at the Disney All-Star Movies Resort. Google Opinion app brought me here to leave a review... But if the All-Star Music and Sports resorts are anything like their sister resort there you will not be disappointed. Aside from the great rooms, service, & amenities you will find on the resort they provide shuttle transport to and from the parks. Pickup and drop off right to the front gates. And after hours on some parks provided only to those staying at one of the resorts. So when the park closed at 10 and everyone had to go home, we came back and got to hang out and go on rides until after midnight. Exclusive park vip access. I don't know if I would want to do just a one day in and out visit anymore after the experience.
Room is great. Super comfy beds. Food in the cafeteria/diner is less than ok so avoid that.
A great budget hotel. This kind hotel are generally better with families with many or small kids. The rooms are nice and spacious.
Great hotel, great people, our second time in this hotel and this is perfect, room are spacious enough for 4 people, 2 swimming pools, food is OK for quick service. Definitely recommend this hotel.
It is one of the lowest-end stations, but it has still surprised us. The pool is heated water, there are towels for your refill. It is advisable to have the meal plan and the glass that includes all the drinks. The staff's attention was very warm. The frequency of the buses is optimal, ideal for traveling to various places in Disney.
We had a great time. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The check-in process is a buzz kill at the start of your vacation but that's more corporate's fault than this hotel's. A good, clean value otherwise.
It's nice but they didn't clean our room other then that there's, 2 nice pools
We just passed it on the way to the park while taking the bus. We were actually staying at All Star Sports. I really want to stay at Music someday though!!
Went to the wrong All Star Hotel. They were great about it.
The room muyyyy bad. The hotel a disaster, I rented a room with two beds and they gave me one. Never more
I looooooovvvvveeee Disney World. This is one of the cheaper resorts but definitely didn't feel like they were skimming. I can only imagine how much nicer the other resorts are.
Great customer service experience. From the resort to the parks everyone was willing to go above and beyond no matter if it was a simple question to an issue. Great overall experience for my families first time visiting Disney.
It is a nice hotel, they are very attentive and the food is very rich, the only bad thing is the rooms (they are not nice)
Love this resort .. Very nice people and the rooms are beautiful??
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, the food isn't so varied...
It's a Disney resort that's not high end but meets all expectations.
The room was okay, but I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel off-site for the same price (not to mention the new daily parking fee). Although we are frequent visitors to the park, we will probably stay elsewhere because we are beginning to feel that the perk of being close to the parks is not worth the ever-rising prices and aged accommodations.
Awesome resort! Two pools, cool themed rooms, a food court and an arcade! It's not "fancy" since it's a budget (by Disney standards) resort, but it has all the basic amenities, and you get complimentary transportation via shuttle to all the parks and to Disney Springs. Definitely worth staying on property!
Ok hotel, it is great to be on a Disney property. Very clean, great staff. 2 of the 3 sofa beds were very uncomfortable.
Great customer service with bus scheduling being the only problem.
Excellent hotel, smaller than pop century and cheaper, with almost the same features. I would go back to this hotel, without a doubt.
A great place to stay. The room was great and comfortable. I would recommend the resort.
Love the Disney Resorts! The value resorts are great for parents on a budget. The rooms should be upgraded... they are old and smelly. Our room was quiet far from the lobby and buses, so it was a long walk to get breakfast and walk back to the hotel from a long day at the park. The staff is AMAZING! I would recommend this resort, but the rooms could be better.
Great value but food prices are really high at the hotel.
The low price was the best thing about this "resort". The room we had was old and tired. It needed a complete overhaul. The beds and pillows were great but overall this room was far from the entrance and the staff did not have a room ready for us until 5pm and we arrived at 10 am. Not as happy as usual with Disney .
I stayed at the All Stars Movies Resort; however our room was very near to the Music Resort so we frequented there. The accommodations are very nice and neat identical to the other all Star resorts. I think the Movie resort offers more seating for meals but still seems adequate.
It is normal has the basic requirements
Cleaning leaves enough to be desired. There was a long time in the TV cabinet
Nor did they aspire during the stay
Took about 45 minutes to check in and the "magic wristbands" your supposed to use to unlock your room and buy things dont work.
Rooms are cramped.
There was poop in the pool but other then that great
The location was good, the rooms could have been larger, and the service was good.
Hotel rooms were excellent with the all star music theme. Good value for money considering all the other amenities and attractions available in the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone as I would stay there over and over again. The children also had lots to play with and to remember.
The food was good, however the directions could have been posted in more places and more languages as people asking the cashier questions and having the whole process explained held up the line quite a bit. At 9 -12 right after the parks close, it is chaotic, and when we went there were only three cashiers, which is where you also place your entree order for select entrees.
It's part of the Disney magic .... just needs some updating !!!
