We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very small and dated but they were clean. We only slept and showered there so it worked well for our family. If we planned to be in the resort more, we would probably book a more expensive moderate resort. The theming and pools were fun and the drink mugs and food court were very convenient as well.

So far it's amazing. The rooms are so cute and nice, the food is great, the decor is amazing.
The various All Star resorts are always a great option if you want to stay on the property but would prefer not to part with a ton of cash to do so. I like this one but they have a weird housekeeping policy that I have never run into at any other Disney resort. Doing the parks in July all but demands a mid-day pit-stop for a shower and a change of clothes for the second half of the day. So, we returned to our room and it hadn't been cleaned yet. I called housekeeping. They told me that the maid can show up any time during the day up till 5PM. We were back at the room at 4, still no maid. I called again. Then while we were getting ready to go out to dinner, the maid shows up at 5 minutes to 5. We took the towels and refused the cleaning service. In all my years of travel, I have never had cleaning services show up so late in the day. With temperatures nearing 100 degrees on a summer day in Disney, you could easily shower two or three times in one day. Not having clean towels is annoying. Having maid service show up at 5 in the afternoon is even more annoying. So, if you're opting for an All Star Resort, do yourself a favor and choose Sports or Movies in lieu of Music.

The beds are a little stiff. Overall it's a pretty good generic hotel room. A bit of space when you walk in, then two beds and a sink/mirror outside the small bathroom.
This was work as a great place to stay while you're at Disney world the buses leave to the parks regularly and it's a great place to crash.

I have stayed at the All-Star Resorts once a year for the last 8 or 9 years, and this most recent stay was not booked under my grandparents like it usually is. I stayed at the All-Star Music Resort this year, and our room was on the second floor. No issues with that. Our room was pretty close to the parking lot, the pool and the main building. Usually, when the whole family goes, we always end up with rooms far away from the front building. The pool is heated which was great because it was chilly the day we arrived and the kids were excited about swimming. The pool workers perform a pool party which was cute. Only complaint I have would be about the mini fridge in the room, which did not keep our things cold.
The beds were super uncomfortable and they dipped in. The rooms were small..... horrible for families. Because of the cheerleader competition, it was really noisy outside. And hope that you get a close building if you didn't drive. Otherwise, bring a bag with wheels because it's a walk!
Really nice resort, and very convenient to the parks.
We were just staying for one night and it was just what we needed. Comfy beds, a shower, and a clean room.
I've stayed at several of the Disney resorts and for the price All Star Music is great. Pop Century is still my favorite value resort but the All Stars are also excellent.

All star music is one of the cheaper resorts. I had one of the older rooms but did see that they are in the process of remodeling. The remodeled rooms have all new updated furniture and decor and look really nice. Once those are all updated it will be a really nice resort. Hopefully the price doesn't go up. Even my non remodeled room was decent. It wasn't anything fancy to write home about but I was at Disney to go to the parks not stay in the hotel room. There is a nice sized pool here that I didn't use bc it was too cold out. The arcade in the resort doesn't give tickets or prizes but the prices of games are really reasonable and a good way to kill time on your last day before taking the shuttle back to the airport. I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to someone who is looking to stay in a Disney resort to take advantage of the perks of being in the resort without paying an arm and a leg.
For the price you get to pay to stay on property you cant beat it. Just know you'll be further away than the pricier resorts.
Dated hotel with non-industry standard DOUBLE sized beds. If you or your spouse is bigger, get a joining rooms for the kids because cramming two regular sized people into a double bed is already difficult. The Disney branding is nice, and the convenient shuttles all day long to and from the various parks is a great benefit. The rooms are cheaper than staying outside of Disney, but they recoup that money with overpriced dining and gift shops. I ordered a salad and they gave me a bowl of iceberg lettuce and cheese sprinkles, yet they charged for a premium salad. Disney is now charging $13 a night for parking at all economy resorts, and it is enforced by their big brother cameras at all entrances. You do not need a vehicle while there because of the great bus service and the availability of Uber and Lyft. Overall the convenience outweighs the additional costs.
Simple and clean, far too spread out, we were as far away from the lobby as you could fetch and signage was poor, all buildings looked alike at night.
The rooms were perfectly fine. Nothing above and beyond here, but you don't spend much time there anyway, so as long as it has a bed, toilet, and shower, it does its duty
New, excellent food! Unlike any other Disney Value resort!
I always liked the all Star resorts. They are fun and convenient. Yes it's a little dated. And kids are in abundance. But always friendly. Food at food Court less amounts, more money, quality down from last time I was here. Heads up smaller pool out of commission right now. I stayed right next to it. Been to all three all Star resorts. My family and I have just had a great holiday at Disney all star music resorts we had a great time
Not that i dislike the resort. The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling. Was here in 2003 and the decore was new but its now 2017 and the decore is the same and im almost positive that the beds are too very disappointed for the price i paid.
There aren't any microwaves or coffee makers but the beds are very comfortable. Buses go to all the parks and they have a heated pool!
I was welcomed with smiles and great customer service. Went to my room and love each the smell of the soaps and shampoo. The pool is beautiful.
Nice rooms, Disney quality. Resort is a bit dated but worth it
Love brining the family to this resort. Kids love all the decorations and statues, not to mention the pool and playground. Staff is great too!
It was a great experience, aside from the sun killing your back, and a couple encounters with spiders larger than you'll see at home it's great.

Disappointed in not getting the low rates advertised on Facebook and the annual passholder book mailed to us. Appreciated being upgraded to a closer room to the main hall and transportation buses.
Rooms are cutely decorated and clean, basic accommodations, well-stocked and maintained with linens. Nice sized pool.
Pretty nice, food is expensive. Make sure to get a food package when you book. They don't allow you to get one when your already checked in.

We were here for dinner. Food was bland and tasted very processed. Would not eat here again
Not as good as All Star Sports resort. When we got here, our room was furthest from the buses and they were doing construction outside the room so all we would see was that and hear it. I called customer service and I had to pay $68 to switch to a different room. Doesn't seem like this resort was tended to as much as Sports. I see cigarette butts on the sidewalk. Still, not bad for the price but I wish we were treated as if we were staying in the Floridian.
Good: clean, big room. Nice pool. Friendly front-desk staff Bad: old, slightly run-down-feeling rooms. Really difficult to unload if you have a lot of luggage (very few bellhops, no luggage trolleys). Be prepared to make loads of trips to your car. I had always heard amazing things about Disney resorts, but this just felt like an average old hotel with a nice pool.
Beautiful place, good attention but lack of translators or people who know another language that is not English.
Great place to stay, slept in a Murphy bed and was as comfortable as I am at home.

I didn't like the hotel that much, but it seems like an excellent option to arrive and sleep. I did not love the staff, but the cleanliness, the food, the people all very well.
The rooms are a little on the small side. Overall, it's clean, staff are super nice and we enjoyed our stay here.
Rooms were very clean. Was disappointing that we were not warned about the 4000 cheerleaders staying in the hotel. It was loud. Would have been nice to be in a section that had other families in it. When called to complain about noise (@ 3am) it was handled well.

Beautiful resort! I've stayed twice, the second time I was in the country music buildings, and it took another 4 minutes to get from the main building to our hotel room. Perfect to bring your own food but requires creativity (small fridge tho and no microwave!) Great way to conserve money for park time!
To expensive banana 2.25 use updating and a good cleaning
Made reservations back in February for 2 adjoining rooms with 2 beds in each in what was supposed to be premium rooms and a single room to be close by and when we arrived was told they did not exist any longer. We were sleeping at 11:15 at night and heard people outside our room, they gave our room to another family after we were already in it. My son got bitten by some kind of bug in several places on his leg which swelled and started to ooze a white liquid and itched so bad, becoming so inflamed we thought he'd have to go to hospital, along with that several people in our group broke out in a rash. The aircondition in my daughters room stopped working, there were so many problems it would take too long to write on here. My advise is to avoid it at all cost!!!
New plant based burger was very delicious totally recommended for vegans.
