I had a wonderful first visit with ALL Dim. Unfortunately, that was about it. I had applied to three separate jobs; the first, an ex-employee asked for her job back, the other two, no one ever contacted me. Do with this information as you will, but do not invest too much time waiting on someone to return an email or phone call.
Andy was professional, warm and very prompt with responses. He listened to what I was looking for and advocated for me in the job process. I highly recommend All Dimensions to job seekers.
I should have done this before today, but this company, specifically Andy, has placed me twice. Both times with great companies near me, with great benefits and advancement opportunity. It was not easy for them, as I have a very mixed background, lots of varied skills. They found me great fits both times, and fast, within days!

Contacted Leigh Ann about a job they had posted, went in and met with her. I was told that with a degree and 20+ years experience I should hear back right away. I haven't heard a word. Good thing I'm not out of work and I'm just looking to change jobs. Also referred my daughter who had 2 1/2 years at the same company and they told her she didn't have a good enough background. Will never refer them.
Team is very dedicated to fulfil your needs. Very responsive with emails and feedback and will not leave you hanging. I felt very welcomed and comfortable the second I walked in the door. In the past I've worked with other staffing companies who forced my social security number the minute I walked in the door without a greeting--you will NOT have that aggressive behavior at All Dimensions. Andy is amazing to work with and his positive vibes are contagious and will leave you feeling more confident as you did when you walked in.
