DO NOT GO FOR YOUR COVID TESTS, I missed a flight because of not respecting the deadlines: results provided well after the 72 hours imposed by the airlines, so after the date of the flight!
Trust negative reviews and don't be fooled if you have a flight.
I personally understand that the situation is delicate and complicated but:
- the negative opinions are 1 year old, obviously no improvement since
- they say they are overwhelmed to justify not meeting deadlines, yet they are increasing the number of partnerships (for example with the opera pharmacy) for pcr withdrawals: why multiply the points of withdrawals when we cannot do the job?
- you can always come to the front desk as the phone is useless (don't even try), the lady who looked lovely didn't do anything special except tell me I wasn't the only one, that it was not up to her and that the biologist does not respond to e-mails. Thank you goodbye ...

Very professional, efficient and attentive team. Responsive and available secretariat despite the very high traffic they have been experiencing for several months now. Test done on a Friday at 4 p.m. to take a train the following Monday.
On Saturday at 9 p.m., I receive the SMS informing me that the results are available. Unable to connect to the site to retrieve them, the laboratory is closed on Sunday. I sent a mail. Monday morning before taking the train, I tried to call, I was put on hold for a total of an hour, no one ever answered. I returned an email, to which we ended up responding: on the results, we had made a mistake about the time of sampling (11 a.m. instead of 4 p.m., which means that the test was no longer good for taking the train), and on my date of birth. I did a last minute test again in another lab before taking the train, I got my results 5 hours later.
Failure to meet deadlines, no contact possible for information either by phone or by using the contact form on the website. Having had no confirmation of receipt or response some doubts about its proper functioning ...
I frequent this laboratory for years because the reception is nice and nurses are adorable and icing on the cake ... they "sting" all very well with a special mention to Beatrice.

What can I find positive ... Let's see ... Ah! Yes: the pre-recorded voice which repeats to you for 30 minutes (before hanging up): "Hello and welcome to the Bioclinic Madeleine laboratory. We will answer you" is warm. It makes you want to believe that you are in good hands. The truth is quite different: results that do not and never will arrive (it's up to you to go and find them on the spot), a website that does not work, an unreachable telephone platform, no interoperability between laboratories (what is the point of forming a group if you cannot give each other a hand between laboratories), zero follow-up of complaints that it is not possible to make anyway ... The health crisis back on track: other laboratories, which are also very busy, provide results on time and / or are at least easier to reach! In short: very, very, very disappointing. I highly recommend you to go your way.
Follow-up: I moved and, while waiting for my turn, I called this lab. The telephone ringing did not even sound .... We understand better why it does not answer! TO ESCAPE FROM AN EMERGENCY !!! I am still waiting for my test more than 72 hours later and I cannot have someone on the phone. It is inadmissible not to respect the deadlines in this context. If you are not able to handle the flow take fewer people or announce that you cannot hold them. I will refer to the social security of your more than questionable practices.
This clinic was delayed twice for the delivery of test results, including once delayed ONE MONTH, in the meantime without an answer neither by phone nor by email for weeks.
And finally their excuse for the unconscious delay is an additional 5 after the payment of the day of the on-site test, where I was not informed at all of any potential sum later.

I chose this lab because of my niche. Appointment made on the internet for the next day, little crowds (weekdays at 3pm). Efficient reception (2 people for 3-4 patients), I believe, however, that they no longer take the covid test, which should reduce the load. Very professional blood test. Results on the internet in 6 hours instead of 24 hours, I am very satisfied.
The secretariat is quite adequate. On the other hand, the doctor who "greeted" me, appalling. No humanity, no listening. A peremptory speech in the tone of reproach. If I landed here it was not, however, by personal will but by medical referral. Strange as it may seem, I am not going to take exams that are said to be useless for fun. At least I had a unique experience, being thrown like a mess from a lab. It was a first and I hope a last.
Too bad the telephone reception is not up to the quality of the care provided by Dr. Cremer. Impossible to reach and after 30 minutes of waiting it hangs up! Inadmissible and incomprehensible especially since the appointments offered on Doctolib do not correspond to my needs.
If you were going to have your results via email or on their platform, you can skip your turn. Urgently awaiting results in order to adapt medical treatment, I am still waiting. Despite 3x30min trying to reach them by phone yesterday and this morning by email, nothing works. The codes given to access their platform do not work. So the only way to get them seems to be by going there. Quite archaic method in the midst of the Covid pandemic where we prefer to avoid going to a laboratory.
What's the point of having a phone line if you never take the time to answer. I can understand that the labs are overwhelmed at the moment but it is then necessary to adapt by offering other means of contact (an email would be useful). Strong telephone waiting. If you want to join them, encourage travel. They will tell you that it is the Covid but I went there at the same time as I called them and I was in the waiting room that my phone was still ringing. Moreover for my part I did not find the wait long on the spot suddenly I do not understand the telephone wait.
On the other hand, what is really worth a zero star is the time to get the results. Once again we will tell you that it is the affluence due to the covid. However, having compared with my relatives and colleagues, we have delays here to obtain results which are 2 to 3 times longer than normal.
I have been attending this quality laboratory for many years. Always warm and professional welcome even more in the current context.

A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E-S A caring staff, especially when you have to stay two hours for some tests. The secretaries are nice and smiling. The nurses are cautious (never hematomas or pain during blood tests, which is quite rare to note) and the doctors I asked were both caring and available. Little more: a hyperconfortable sofa in which we could fall asleep. Only downside: the dilapidated premises (does not really meet the standing of the neighborhood).

The center does not honor appointments made and does not immediately care whether anyone has one among the people waiting. And even by specifying to the secretary that we have one, she simply tells me to wait my turn.
