Purolator referred me to these guys for a package of mine. Spoke to a lady initially who abruptly transferred me to a man. The man exerted minimal effort in helping me as a customer and instead kept insisting I call Purolator back. He essentially wasn't interested in helping me judging by his tone. I am not sure this company knows what customer service is.

Will not return calls or emails. I have no idea where my parcel is. I would not recommend using this courier service. If you see this message please contact me.
