All American Design was a great company to work with. They were very professional, and were some of the best roofing contractors I have worked with. Their remodeling services are decently priced, and we ended up being able to do a little more with our project than we had initially planned. This is a great, down to earth company. They even offer free inspections!
We were very pleased with All American Design on our roof project. Phil was our initial sales rep that explained everything from start to finish and gave an outstanding presentation on product. We needed a complete tear off with under layment to the house and garage. We were very pleased with their products: Owens Corning with 50 year labor/material with ridge vents. Phil told us it would take approximately 3 days to complete. The job took about one week only due to inspector s delays. The crew did a great job on the installation and clean-up. After doing some research and narrowing down to a few local solar companies, I decided to go with All American Design Inc. because they are a perfect example of their professionalism and integrity. Their price was very fair compared to other local companies. The whole process was smooth and efficient from getting city permits, to installation, and inspections. There are many contractors out there that can provide you with a bid, there are only a few that you really want to work with. Unfortunately you can only judge once the project is completed. I selected All American Design, we had a long conversation and came to terms on pricing and project timing. I was shocked with their professionalism and the quality of material and work. Project actually took 5 days, guys worked all day and everything was sparkling clean at the end of the day - all my calls and questions were answered quickly. Great to have a showcase roof!

The biggest problem we had when we moved in to this old house was the roof. We had contractors talked to us and gave us quote to replace the roof. Everyone is the same, same composite materials, cheap papers, ways to save us but will suffer some part of the work. Until we met the All American Design guys. They presented to us their unique materials and technology and spent time answering all our concerns and questions. We said, "we have decided that we will grow old in this house, we should put the best investment that will last a lifetime in this house, and at the same time, their technology is one of a kind and environment friendly." All American Design is beyond comparison. It's lifetime, it's environment friendly and their design makes our house cooler than before. We are so thankful that we did not say yes right away to so and so roofers because with All American Design, they are clean and neat in removing the old materials. They are so professional in doing their business, always updating us with their jobs, and so easy to talk with. Their roofer Alfred has been doing this for years, and we can tell from how he works. He never short cuts and very detailed in his work. Dustyn was awesome too, always updating us with their work and available anytime of the day (I even called him early Sunday morning and never forgets to give instruction to his team in the morning). Our house looks awesome after their job, the inside is cooler, and the most important is we are so happy every time we see our roof. Highly recommendable, awesome team!
All American Design is the best contractor out there. We have never worked with any contractor as professional and with all pride and belief in their product as All American Design Inc. They are so easy to talk with especially in answering and attending to all our concerns. This is the by far the worthiest decision we had since we moved in to our house. The old house that we bought was transformed to a beautiful dream house after the roof replacement, that adds more character to the house. We never realized how a professional roof job can have such a big impact in adding beauty to the house
After interviewing many other roofing contractors, we feel we could not have asked for a better contractor for our roof as All AMERICAN DESIGN, INC. They are very honest, caring of the customer, straightforward; there were no hidden after or change order costs. They were one of the few contractors who cared to look thoroughly at our homes condition prior, including the attic. Their sales representative, David, explained the Owens -Corning Green roof system by demonstrating and showing us the materials layer by layer. We were very impressed with this incredible roof system that insulates, reflects heat from the sun, saves energy, and resists fire and is tough. Also included is a roof vent system that is state of the art technology and adds to the beauty of the roof. We were shown quality samples of lots roof shingles colors to choose from to match our home. We met with TIM and he finalized our contract and he was very professional and helpful explained everything clearly.. Before going with them I checked back East with a friend of ours, who used to own a roofing company, she told us this company is treating you right by the contract they made with you and you will get an outstanding roof system. The project workers did an amazing job, worked hard for three days and the roof was almost totally completed in two days. All our property was well cleaned afterwards. I was impressed and so was the city inspector who passed the roof for both inspections with no problems. My husband and I gladly displayed their sign in front of our home with a note at the bottom we added personally about how happy we were with the work and highly recommended them to others. :-) :-)
