I recently booked a safari tour with this company and I must say that my overall experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the different tour packages available. The booking process was straightforward, however, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had questions about my itinerary, it took quite some time to get a response. During the safari itself, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but the accommodations were not up to par. The rooms were not as clean as I expected and some even had maintenance issues. The highlight of the trip was definitely the wildlife sightings, but that is to be expected on any safari tour. Overall, while I did have a decent trip, I expected a bit more considering the price paid.
