I recently had the opportunity to work with Align Financial Group and overall, my experience was fairly average. 🤷♀️ The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. However, I found the lack of personalized attention a bit disappointing. The customer service representatives were polite, but it felt like they were just going through the motions. 😐 Additionally, the response time to my queries was a bit slow, leaving me waiting longer than I anticipated. On the positive side, their financial solutions were comprehensive and well-explained. The team seemed knowledgeable, but I wished they had gone the extra mile to make me feel like a valued client. For an average experience, I would consider using Align Financial Group in the future, but there are areas where they could improve.
