How would you rate the recent Turkey Platter give away? Did the give-away meet your objective(s)

I am confident that several of your low end loyal customers felt they were being discriminated against with regard to the platter. The choice not to include all card holders for a turkey Platter was a terrible decision, one which probably left a bad taste in many mouths. Bottom line: The majority of daily casino revenue comes from low-end loyalty card holders, whales!!

Based on who got a platter versus who did not mainly said that the people who handle marketing/promotions must be operating on a shoe-string budget purchasing another few hundred of cheap platters would not break the casino, would it?

Beautiful settings, many slot machines and tables, multiple restaurant choices, friendly and efficient staff.

The spa was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the massage was very nice. We visited the pool, which was clean and family friendly.

Just went to have brunch with my siblings at the melody buffet. The food was delicious, options were great, and the omelet alone was worth the money.

The staff is very good at what they do and are very kind. Thank you for the Champaign and Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

To far from everything although some nice treasures were found out in the area. The rooms are not that great at all. I really thought it would be like the M but not so. The staff were like zombies and had no personality or sense of hospitality. The one plus was that I did enjoy the pool. Very comfortable although it only goes to 4 ft. The casino was really lame and the shops even more so. I would only stay again if they had a great deal that couldn't be passed.

From a Gambler's Point of view, Aliante Casino is a very nice place to gamble. Love the cocktail drinks and there's always new games to play. They also have my favorite Jerky from JoJo's Jerky at the gift shop. It's my one place to go when I wanna go play.

Really affordable spa for locals. $80 on weekdays, after 10 massages you get one free.

Cant beat that price

Morning Breakfast Buffet is the best great selection of breakfast items. They got a build your own omelette freshly cooked in front of you sooo sooo good :)

went on a date to the farm restaurant. ate great food and had great service. definitely will be back

Customer service @ TGIF is so disappointing... Needs to address to the managers that their service is bad! No one's @the front clerk I have to go in to look for one we waited about 10 minutes then sat us down waited again about 15mins. again we have to find someone who can help us...With only 2 tables are taken meaning they are not busy at all!

Aliante Casino is nice! The hotel has that Harrah's, Viejas or Barona feel to it. They have several restaurants indoors, plenty of games (but no electronic roulette). The pool was just renovated 4 months ago so it's still looking beautiful. Don't expect too many 20 year olds here though since they'll all be on the strip

The hotel as OK, but they took a carbon copy of my credit card. Who does that anymore? well when I checked out I didnt get it back and sure enough, my credit card got hit form out of the state. Be careful when using a card at this hotel.

OVerall, we enjoyed our dinner at Andiamo. The service was excellent and the food was very good to excellent.

Medium size casino with Regal Movie, buffet, 4 Star restaurant called the Market, great jazz shows in The Access Room. Salty Lime Mexican Rest, Bingo parlor, Sporting room betting parlor lots of tvs. Serve hot dogs on weekends.

I'd have to say, I was pretty impressed with this place. Our room was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby. All the staff we ran into we're great. from Check in to check out. Even our cleaning, pool, and buffet staff were friendly. The hotel is quite far from the strip but overall I enjoyed staying here. They even printed my boarding passes free of charge, whereas bigger casinos charge you $5+.

Meeting room was kind of small for everyone attending. Not the hotel's fault though. The staff took great care of the attendees.

I've visited Aliante many times. Once I walked in to the hotel lobby. It felt like I was somewhere else. Really stylish rooms.

Great rooms! Clean and reasonably priced. Clean casino, and a great buffet.

Loved it, however went in the middle of the week and it was not that many people. My Nephew said buffet is really good.

I love going to this casino. Good games, relaxed bars, and in 8 trips have never had a bad meal. Really like the pool and cabanas. Salt water poll was weird at first, but I've grown to appreciate it

Good place to relax with bingo swimming pool was awesome the arcade was closed and movie theater highly recommend this tgi fridays deep showers and the Wi-Fi is billed to your room otherwise fun place.

I love gambling here. Buffet is meh but bistro is amazing

Went to the Aliante Movie Theater. Wasn't too happy that only one person was working the box office which caused a long line. And also; I wish the seats were bigger like luxury theaters have but other than that; I had a good time watching the movie.

The Pool Package and reservation process was super easy and tranquil.

It's a good place to go watch the games huge sports bet TV screens but would not recommend placing any bets there the payouts are low and the odds suck.

Great action on the tables, restaurants are fairly priced and casino staff knows how to accommodate.

We ate the Farm, their cafe. It was good , except they didn't melt the cheese on the omelets which came off in a sheet. That made that unappetizing truth be told. Everything else was good

This place is just as good as any MGM resorts without the fee!! Rent a car and it is worth the short drive . Impressive .

Food is great, just dnt leave your car there, it will be damaged & security will tell you that they dnt see what happened in the lot, even if you're parked upfront near casino entrance. I'm having to pay for damage that was done to my vehicle, needless to say the cameras are not for guests help. Will be contacting my colleagues to make them aware of this unprecedented issue

Great staff, wonderful atmosphere and reasonably priced cocktails made date night a success.

Would of gave it five stars if they weren't sanding the pool area at one in the morning.

As a transition is underway and gaming machines are being replaced and updated it has become less enjoyable than usual. Many machines out of service. The food was same as usual.

Very nice inside. Surprisingly quiet but exciting in the casino area. Excellent sports book. Nice selection of restaurants from upscale to everyday. Safe parking garage .

Buffet is outstanding. Does not close in between mealtimes. Pay for breakfast and enjoy lunch too. Breakfast line takes away breakfast foods between 10:30-10:45am.
Must have Aliante card for discounted card holder rate. The spa, movies and Bingo are outstanding. Relaxing, clean friendly.

The casino itself is quite small, but clean. It was very late at night so it was surprising to see so many young kids walking around the casino floor.

Things went missing from our room and the beds where horrible. Honestle the fiod wasnt great eather. I'll give it one thing tho, Its quiet.

Nice place. Just they jumped on our case bout my nephew crossing the line, In the casino. We were just there to eat. And we were on our way out. Best believe we would of left if it would of happen on our way in

Aliante's Access Showroom was large enough to accommodate our group of over 150 people. The servers did a great job of tending to our tables. However, the drinks were incredibly over priced. They were comparable to drink prices on the strip.

The Farm restaurant had a nice staff but they were very, very slow and the food was gross.

Good looking place. Confortable atmosphere and very spacious with plenty of amenities and restaurants. Great buffet at a reasonable price under 10 dollars

We have been cheated on billing even with evidence on hand. Basically hotel and buffet are liers. Front desk discloses one amount, you end up paying way more. The same buffet costs double next day based on demand. Correction requests come nothing short of torture. Think again. Too far from anything...
