Winning Slots as well as one of the best buffets around!

I wish that the theater sound system was better. It seemed really lacking for some reason.

This hotel and casino is conveniently located in the North West area of Las Vegas, perfect for locals, family and friends that don't want to deal with the strip.They have several restaurants available for pretty much every budget and desire. The movie theater is nice, but needs a seat upgrade to keep up with the changing theater presence here in Vegas. There are lots of gaming options with a loyalty card as well.

Grwat places to eat such as the buffet, clean movie theater and great casino. Aliate is the place to be.

Huge place with great parking and excellent buffet.

I loved it. Usually I'm overwhelmed by smoke and disoriented by dimly lit rooms with high flashing machines, but the casino was very navigable. The staff was nice and the food and drink were fast and fresh. We really enjoyed our time here.

Family in from out of town, had some dinner and gambled a bit. We had a great time. It wasnt too loud in there and the place was great. Definitely recommendable

Had a mostly negative experience overall. We were a party of 2 adults and one 2 year old. We were new to casinos. The service was poor. For instance, we wandered for 10 minutes trying to find out how to start gaming. Then we were told how to use a member card to get points and then go to the slot machines. Could not figure out how to work the points, and called someone who disparaged us for not understanding, despite not explaining the difference between points, free play, and credits and how they related to the money put in or money paid out. Her Asian accent also made words difficult to understand but she continued to talk in a hurry. After spending not nearly enough time or effort, she referred me to a supervisor who was much better. When one of us was trying to explain to the other the rules of the slot machines, a staffer told to go to the restaurant due to presence of the 2 year old, though he was in the pathway between gaming areas (which I thought should have been ok). Other than that, the non smoking area was a joke as it was wide open to the smoking section with no apparent independent ventilation. We felt the smoke level was unsafe for the 2 year old and left without spending a dime. Only giving two stars because of the aforementioned supervisor, the man behind the reward benefits desk was attentive and professional, and the lady at the restaurant where the 2 year old was forced to go for being kind and thoughtful toward the 2 year old.

This hotel and casino is for sure above average from a value perspective. Buffet is pretty good for the price, but definitely not amazing. Casino isn't overly smokey but isn't the least at all.

Went for a dinner date and the bar employee was absolutely rude!

Beautifully appointed hotel. Nice sized rooms with all amenities. Room was clean and fresh . Our bed was a bit soft and had a sore back when I woke up, but was not a problem. Nice selection of restaurants to choose from. We ate breakfast at The Farm and had a good meal . I would stay again

Great locals casino, medium size easy layout. Steakhouse is my favorite with great happy hour menu and prices. Theater is great Regal Senior Monday discount Tuesdays for all.

This is a great off the beaten path place to stay in Vegas. Has 5 amazing restaurants on site and attached IMAX. Rooms are very nice. And the staff is super friendly and helpful.

I don't know who is responsible for updating who owns what casino but I ask Google to take me to the nearest station casino me being off of the intersection of Torrey Pines and Tropical Parkway and the nearest station casino to Google was Aliante so I go there knowing that I never ever win there but figuring I would just use my players card this time I would do better I kept putting in my players card it didn't work then finally I had to go up to somebody and ask him if it was a Station Casino staff was very rude to me laugh at me and looked at me like I was stupid and told me that no it had changed 10 years ago so I lost $200 and I'm very very very upset I don't recommend anybody play at this casino it will steal your money I have never seen slot machines so tight in my life horrible horrible horrible

The Aliante in North Las Vegas is a nice weekend get away. You get a discount book at check in. A great back drop for any event so bring "peace" with you. Remember that all guest are different; some want to party & some may need to unwind...its all O.K.! The staff should remember this to insure a great time for all. The rooms are compact & neat. The gym has everything but could use a check up. The Spa is nice with specials offered daily. The pool offers towels and comfy chairs. TGIF and other places to eat, Live entertainment, Casino, movie theatre & more are all here. A nice way 2cthecity!

Never over crowded. Service in general is great. Bistro 57 is a really solid, surprisingly affordable, and the hostess was super sweet. Great alternative to the stations.

We were in town for a wedding. There was 14 people staying at the hotel. The staff was very attentive. The selection of restaurants was good. The pool and rooms were really nice!!

We went there to play craps. Slow night but good fun and nice staff.

The food was kinda smelly and the staff dident really help out so i give it a5/3 stars becuse may time i checked into the hotel i fond a CONDOM under my bed...

The facility is really nice and clean, the rooms are spacious and it has a really good gym for being a hotel. There are several restaurants co-located so you dont have to travel far for a meal.

Don't waste your time. The buffet is nothing special.
Slots are so tight, and definitely not worth the drive to north las vegas.
Aliante has been going downhill for some time.

I am in Vegas for work and chose the Aliante based on the recommendation of a coworker. I thought that I made my reservation online several weeks ago, but when I arrived they were unable to find my information. The front desk staff asked me to look for my confirmation e mail, however, the e mail app on my phone does not retrieve mail from that far back. I opened my laptop to look for it and the manager curtly told me that my laptop was not going to work on their "cryptonite" counter. When I asked for wifi information I was told that there was no wifi and that I should go to the Starbucks in the casino. After asking how they expected me to find the confirmation e mail without internet, I received a nasty apology. I expect hotel staff to be accommodating and to try and make things right. Even if I messed up and didn't make the reservation as I thought I had, I expect the hotel staff' to fix the problem and not respond in a rude and nasty manner. I am extremely disappointed in their response to an issue that I'm sure is an everyday occurrence in the hotel industry.

went to TGI Fridays had a pecan salad friend of mine had fish and chips good for a quick lunch

I have no experience with staying at the hotel, but my daughter and I were guests at their swimming pool an entire afternoon. We both had on nice, newer, expensive bathing suits that got ruined by their over-chlorinated hot tub/pool. My white swimsuit is now a gross brownish-yellow and my daughter's new Patagonia suit has discolored blotches all over it. When I called and filed an incident report, they told me there was no way to prove it was their facility that caused it even though I sent pictures and had receipts of over $150 that we had spent on food/drinks while there. Additionally, the lady I spoke with said she would send me a voucher for a free night's stay, but that never came. All in all, it's as if I spent almost $400 to swim there as both our suits cost over $100. My suit is destroyed and unusable, and my daughter's is horribly discolored. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of concern/compensation and will never swim or stay at this facility in the future. Be aware and don't wear nice bathing suits to their pool facility.

Follow up: I called the hotel as requested in the response. The lady took my name and information and has not gotten back to me and it's been nearly two weeks. Very poor customer service. I'm extremely disappointed in this facility.

I love this casino. The service is great, plus I am on the positive side when it comes to the gambling portion. The theater and TGI Fridays makes it nice place to go during a weekend night.

If you have good reason to stay in North Las Vegas this is by far the best hotel in the area. Absolutely love the rooms and the facilities. A+++

Parents are staying here for a visit. They're a big fan of the buffet.

I never stayed a night there but I was very disappointed at the fact that I went to TGIF for lunch. Needed to change my baby, their bathrooms doesn't have a change table so o had to change my baby in the stroller which was a lot more difficult to do.. especially when things got on the stroller

Was there for golf. Fairways and greens were in pretty good shape, but the bunkers were a bit rocky.

Excellent experience visiting the theater. Actually being able to park is always a huge bonus.

Always no winning jackpots. Sticking with the Cannery.

Food was great at the buffet and TGIF. Slots seemed a little tight though. Parking is very nice and free unlike on the strip. Enjoyed this casino , would come back again.

Nice, clean hotel. Bartenders need to make better drinks though... and waitresses are slow on the casino floor.

I stopped by this casino last week
as soon as I walked in I swiped my players card and was given a free buffet coupon. I went and played the slots a few times and headed toward the buffet. I went to get my players card and couldn't locate it so assuming I had left it in one of the slots headed over to the counter to get a temp card so I could use my coupon for the free buffet.
The woman there asked for an id so I showed her my Military ID. She told me my ID was fake She needed a different ID with a picture. I told her I just lost my drivers licence and my Military ID was the only Id I had. She said her supervisor also said the ID was not real. threw the iD on the counter. She told me that I did not have a players card and my id was not real. I left and searched the slots until I located my players card. I took it back to the counter but at that time there was a long line. I went up to the counter and help up my players card and told the lady "I have had a Military ID for 47 years and never in all of those years been accused of holding a fake ID. She asked if I worked on base to get a commissary card. I told her no I did not work on base, It is not a commissary card and I am my own sponsor. If this is the treatment the Military get when visiting their casino They can keep it I would never come back.
