I would pick NEGATIVE 100 stars if I could for this hole. They need to TRAIN their people to NOT make euthanization appt. We made an appt. And once we got there they started with the “we haven’t seen your pet before so we cannot do this procedure” ! Why not let people know on the phone when they call so we don’t have a horrible time working up to this decision, make an appt. And then you tell us you can’t help us? This vet needs to go back to **ckistan or whether they came from.
