I have three interviews, in 5 months, and still haven't had a chance to work there, its beyond me why i am not able to work here, either i am being discriminated against or its bull, i am contacting OSHA and and a lawyer and the BBB.
A great company! My daughter and granddaughter work for them! They treat all their employees with dignity and respect!
This company treats employees poorly. They pay just above minimum wage and take advantage of disabled employees and students. Managment run it like a sweat shop. Owners employee familly.
By far the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of working at. From not enforcing or educating about the correct use of PPE to management flat out refusing to listen to the concerns of the employees this place is a horror show.
They just fired an employee because of his National Guard duties absenteeism. This is a shame that our soldiers cannot be protected.
I worked here once & it was awful!! They don't treat employees well. While I was working another company they sell to came in to your the place to see how they run things. It turned out they wanted the tour cause they weren't happy with Ali industries. So after the tour they ripped them a new one, haha. They deserved it. I got a lot of over time after that tour. They like employees that kiss a**. If you're looking to work here keep looking, it's not worth it.
There attendance rules are terrible. They treat there employees horrible. If your not in the click your out. I would not recommend anyone to work here! They let me go.. also the management is way to young to run a factory!!! Hated that place..
I purchased a pack of gator 150 medium prepare sand paper for sanding wood furniture,the worst I have ever used! I used 5 sheets on 1 PC. Of furniture! I use 1 sheet of good paper any other time. I would not buy again!!
