If I use yeast it is always that of Bruggeman. In the past I have tried a different brand, but they are certainly not better. Even today their product has ensured that I could be proud of my bread. I had chosen the easy way today. An All-in mix from Aveve and I left the job to my bbm. But my wife chose the All-in sweet white mix with lots of extra sugar, she said. Now I have tried that in the past, but the bread often has problems to rise. I recently bought the instant sd yeast. To use just in such situations. To make it even more difficult for the sd yeast, I added a ridiculous portion of sugar. There was no dosage on the packaging of the sd yeast. Then searched online. But I couldn't find anything directly on the internet either. Then just use a little common sense.
I allowed half a kilo of dough to rise in a baking tin and then baked it. The rest is in the fridge for tomorrow. And another portion in the freezer for later.
Fortunately I was able to take some pictures of the freshly baked sandwich because it has already disappeared in our bellies.
