I had a very average experience with Alfa Air Qld. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The flight itself was on time and the cabin crew were professional. However, the seats were quite uncomfortable and the legroom was inadequate. In my opinion, Alfa Air Qld needs to improve the overall comfort of their flights.
