Alfa carry out the services, inspections and repairs to a fleet in excess of 350 vehicles nationwide on my account, the effort from the schedulers to ensure that the work is completed as quickly as possible is at the highest level in the industry. The office staff are always happy to help in some very tricky circumstances, and work tirelessly to locate vehicles that constantly change depots around the UK.

Called Alfa - spoke to very helpful friendly lady on the phone who arranged an engineer to be with me the same day. He arrived an hour after I called. Very polite guy. He fixed the problem in no time and had parts required on his van.

Took one of our vehicles in for a tail lift service and repair. Upon collection they attempted to put another 3rd on the bill above the quoted cost, siting the fact that it took them longer than they thought. A few days later discovered they hadn't actually even done some of the work that had by then been paid for! Attempted to get a refund for work not done, unbelievably still being fobbed off to this day, months later. Absolute nightmare of a company, best avoided at all costs.
