Alexandros Palace Hotel, Suites & Oriental Spa Resort Review

Amazing hotel with magnificent views. The hotel has a family atmosphere and the staff are warm and professional. Covid 19 regulations are followed and you feel 100% safe being in this hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily. The food is exceptional, no samey, samey food, the Chef does an amazing job. All diets and requests are catered for with absolutely no problem at all.

All the staff are wonderful but Evangelos is absolutely amazing and exceptional, his knowledge of the hotel and local area is amazing. He will go an extra mile for his guests.

Evangelos drove us to all the villages showing us amazing views you will not see without local knowledge. He dropped us at our destination and picked us up when we finished. He made sure that our stay was even more comfortable and enjoyable.

If you are looking for an amazing hotel, amazing views, amazing staff, amazing food, relaxing hotel look no further.

Great place to take a quiet rest! Nice location, that is good for visiting nearest sightseeings. You can make a lot of activities without a guide, everything is near! Very low amount of people in the low season may-june.

Incredible place! Nice, clean beach with natural shadow, bar and clear water. The rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. The food - so yummy and delicious. Not to mention the hospitality of stuff and two great brothers Thomas and Janis Aslanidis. We love you so much! We are hotel guests for 4 years, and we'll come next year again with pleasure! Great recommendation!

Nice beach, clean water. View on Ammouliani and Athos

Large and very nice hotel in Trypiti. Clear swiming pools, enouh sunbeds and umbrellas, very nice, various and tasty food, very kind staff in all areas, but the beach in front of hotel is not so nice. Enough parking space. Suitable for young kids. All recommendations.

What I liked:
1. Cleaning ladies came everyday.
2. Fresh towels everyday.
3. The personnel was very warm.
4. The road to the beach bar was pretty long, not for the lazy ones, but I liked the park and the tunnel under the main road.

What I hated:
1. We bought full pension (3 meals per day). However, drinks are not free, and they come at a very high price!
2. Towels for the beach are charged extra.
3. And last, but not least, the food was awful (I mean, this is a 5 star hotel - the food was 3 stars tops). Breakfast was ok, but lunch and dinner were really awful! We ended up eating almost all the time pizza margarita!!!

When you book your dream vacation for a load of money and you end up with this... it kind of gives you a bitter taste.

Don't get me wrong, I love Greece, I love the people there, but it wasn't a 5 star experience.

The resort is very nice built. There are two swimming pools, a big terrace where they make concerts, a market and approximately 1000 rooms. I had a room with HB and garden/sea view. The room in which i stayed is not a 5* but a 3*. The restaurant is very nice and spacious. The food is 5*, is various, you have from what to choose. It has parking spots. Has a SPA zone. There is a Zumba trainer which makes sessions in the morning on the beach and in the evening next to the upper pool where there is also a bar. There are a lot of families coming with their children. Is 300m away from the beach where is clean and there are also showers. There is a beach bar from where you can buy something to eat which they prepare. You can take a small boat from the beach and sail where you want. Overall i would give it a 4* due to the rooms and i would definitly return.
