I have been a client of Alevia's since it began, and I will not go anywhere else for a massage. Brittany at the front desk is extremely professional and accommodating! If you're looking for a great massage, I recommend this place to everyone!
I use to go to get my massages done perhaps once a month and had one particular RMT which I felt quite comfortable with and used regularly, however I recently encountered an issue which has me quite unpset, whereby I had called and made an appointment 1 week in advance and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that someone had called and left a message with my husband at home that the massage would have to be rescheduled, when I checked with my husband he said no one called neither was there any voice message left for me. Also when I arrived there I received a very hostile welcome from both receptionist as if I was doing something wrong by coming in for my massage which I never got a phone message that this was cancelled. This was quite uncool and very un-professional I would not be going back here to receive any services going forward. I would not recommend this place

I love dealing with the receptionist Brittany. As busy as this office can be, Her ability to move so quickly and multitask so well is astonishing all while ensuring the entire establishment is being diligently cleaned, the phones are answered and clients are checked in. I feel she is always super organized and always very upbeat and a true enjoyment to converse with no matter how run off her feet she must be!
Dr Lee is super attentive and kind and listens very well. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain and take his time to reduce anxiety and keep things pain free. After a few sessions of acupuncture, I have noticed a significant difference in my abilities to bend and twist with little to no pain or stiffness unlike before where it could sometimes be unbearable pain. Dr. Lee does a very good job communicating through the entire procedure. He ensured I understood what was exactly being done, helped me determine specifically what caused the affected area to agitate me so much so I could make changes to my behaviour and he showed me how to self heal at home by demonstrating specific stretches and exercises I could safely do with no pain. I trust his judgement very much as he has shown me time and time how much he has my best interest And well being at heart. Absolutely recommend the services here!
Just wanted to send a shout out to Dr Ghattas and the team. The treatment in normally get at Alevia has always been great and has helped me not only recover from injuries but also improve my overall health. Yesterday in particular Dr Ghattas was able to see me on short notice and really help me through some neck issues. Thanks for all your help.
Professional staff, friendly and accommodating, good service. I had massage therapy from three different RMTs, each had their own effective 'modality' as one would put it. Knowledgeable and thorough they helped me through times of very high physical workloads at work
